Personality Portfolio Interview Questions Interviewer: Soyoon Kim Interviewee: Friend Gender: Female Age Group: Same 1. What was your first impression of me? Slightly reserved and very conscious of what was going on around you -- despite not being vocal about all that you observed. 2. How would you describe my personality in three words? Appropriate, genuine, kindhearted 3. Am I more of an introvert or an extrovert? Why? Youre more of an introvert -- in the best way possible: you tend to say things only when you want to (not for the sake of simply saying things), you dont mind doing things alone (reading by yourself, waking up early by yourself, dorming with yourself). 4. Would you consider me as someone who is open to new experiences? Why? I think youre very outgoing in an unexpected way. You very much enjoy doing what you like and are willing to pursue them with great energy. (eg. Traversing D.C. And instagraming all the museums we visited.) 5. Would you describe me as agreeable or disagreeable? Why? I would describe you as agreeable because you take into consideration the perspective of people around you and are a very accommodating person overall. 6. How would you rate my confidence level on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 1 being the least confident and 10 being the most confident)? Why? I would rank you as a 7.8 because I feel that you do have a strong sense of confidence but not one that dominates your actions and relationships with people. Youre the good kind of confident that can ask the waiter for instructions to the subway station without sounding like you own the place. 7. Would you describe me as a careful or impulsive? Why? I would definitely put you in the careful category; I tend to connote impulsive as a negative trait and I think that you have a very good awareness of your actions and their consequences. 8. What do you like most about me? I like the way that you respect other people and that Ive never heard you belittle/talk down to someone: you treat people with much kindness. 9. What do you dislike most about me? I dislike the way you AUGHD I dont know (throws hands up and leaves room out of frustration of being unable to answer the question properly.)

10.Would you describe me as more of a group-oriented or independently-minded individual? Why? You come across as a person who would work well in a group or independently. But from what I know from our trip to D.C. you have no problem being independent. I understand, as well, because I tend to enjoy being alone at times.
