Alarms of All the cells in a given BSC

This report tells us about GPRS and EDGE enabled TRXs for all BTS, how their CDED & CDEF parameters are set & timeslots distribution for GPRS data. It also reflects TRP (TRX PRIORITY IN TCH ALLOCATION), 1 for non-BCCH, 0 for no prior & 2 for BCCH. This report reflects the mismatch b/w neighbouring cell data in the database of a cell & on-air site-data. Data present at the souce end in the report shows that data of target cell which is present in source's database, BUT ,at the target end, that data of this neighbouring cell is reflected which is on-air at that time. This report sums up those neighbours which are defined one-way only (nonsymmetric adjacencies). This report includes description of those cells in which SYNC parameter is not properly defined in their handover parameters. (SYNC YES, within the same BTS is desirable & SYNC NO should be present b/w diff. BTS's.) This report list all the neighbouring cells of a given cell defined at OMC-R. This report is basically a dump of frequency plan for all BTS's and contains the following information about all the TRX's: frequencies (BCCH & TCH), hopping parameters, LAC, RAC, CI, BCC, NCC, various states for_BCF BTS TRX. This report shows HO failure rates for all cells sorted out by failure rate. It also categorizes whether the handover fail, drop, block ratio are of MSC or BSC incoming or outgoing types or Intra cell Hos. This report sums up all the adjancies with their stats given in both-ways (to/from the adjacent cell) ,these stats includes no. of H/O attempts, block & fail ratio. This report is basically a percentage-wise distribution for cells as according to various causes or reasons due to which handovers occurred. Some causes are: UL/DL Level, quality, interference; distance high/low; pwrbgt; umbrella; DR; AMR FR-HR; AMR HR-FR; MSC; OMC; slow/high speed of MS; C/I Good/Bad; Rx Good/Bad. This report is a TCH drop call rate distribution (in %) for cells as per various reasons like Rf call/old (Radio failure/Radio failures on old channel in HO), Tc Call/Old, LAPD, Abis Call/Old, Aif Call/Old etc.). This report also shows total no. of call bids, calls started after DR, FCS calls, TCH-TCH HO. This report is a SDCCH drop ratio distribution (in %) for cells as per various reasons like Rf call/old (Radio failure/Radio failures on old channel in HO), Abis Call/Old, Aif Call/Old, LAPD, BTS, BCSU, usr, cnfg act etc. This report also covers SDCCH ghosts & drops due to T3101 expires. This report covers TCH & SDCCH CS traffic (in Erl & mErl) and TCH & SDCCH blocks (in %) both for Busy hour & Average. It also indicates the peak (or busy) hour for TCH & SDCCH during the whole day.

Detailed One

This report covers TCH & SDCCH CS traffic (in Erl & mErl) and TCH & SDCCH blocks (in %) both for Busy hour & Average. It also indicates the peak (or busy) hour for TCH & SDCCH during the whole day.

This report provides cumulative percentage of samples for different Rx quality classes (q0, q1, q2,q7; Rx qual measured from 0 to 7) both in uplink & downlink. These % age samples falling in different quality classes corresponds to a paricular Interfering freq. (that is also highlighted in this report) which correates to deteriorating Rx Quality. And pattern is like % age of samples falling in q1=q1-q0(%samples). It also reflects Call diff which is the ratio of call samples of the most loaded TRX to that of the least loaded TRX in the same BTS. This report shows Balance DL-UL, Balance Delta, MS Power, BS Power, UL & DL Pathloss, UL & DL Signal Strength, Combiner Loss (5.2 db, default) for each TRX of each cell. Note:-Balance Delta should be less than or equal to 5. This report counts for calls handled by each cell for varied distance ranges as we moves further away from the cell. Distribution is given by no. of call samples and %age call samples also in ranges of 1100m, 2200m, 3300m, 4400m. ..34650m. This report sums up ADM & OP States for BCF & BTS (hardware related) for all TRX's of all cells in that BSC. It also shows FREQ, PREF, ET-PCM, ETRX, BCSU, FRT. It also points out that TRX on which MBCCH+CBCH is used. This report sums up ADM & OP States for BCF & BTS (hardware related) for all timeslots of all TRX's of all cells in that BSC. It also shows FREQ, PREF, ETPCM, ETRX, BCSU, FRT, TSC, GTRX etc. It also indicates PCM-TSL, MA list & channel configuration used for various RTSL (Radio Timeslots). This report sums up all the BTS parameters of all cells in a given BSC. BTS Parmeters like BCCH & TCH Freq, BSIC, LAC, RAC, MAL, MAIO, HSN, BAR, RE, PLMN, DR, MIDR, MADR, RET, DTX, GENA, EGENA, CDED, CDEF, NSEI, TXP1,TXP2, RLT, PO, DMAX, TRP, RDIV, PER, RXP etc. This report pin points various soft & hard alarms, internal & external alarms present in all the cells of that given BSC. The alarms are indicated as per BCF/BTS/TRX ID's alongwith its type, date, time, urgency level, alarm state (active or cancelled) alarm number, description, detail & supplementary Info.
