E-learning Project In this paper will discuss about E-learning project. E-learning is a new way of teaching and learning that uses electronic media especially the internet as a learning system. E-learning is a basic and logical consequence of the development of information and communication technology. Now, E-learning systems are used by many colleges, including Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. E-learning is used for help students and lecturer to facilitate of teaching and learning activities. Using E-learning, lecturer can share the literatures to students easily, and students can download it. Beside, students can submit the task of subjects in softcopy. So, each students and lecturer must have one account to access. E-learning also has network security to prevent hacking/cracking account that can harm user account. The following is an analysis of the E-learning project: 1. Structural Frame The team members are not always in the same field. Each of them was given the role and responsibilities of the project manager. Project Manager is obliged to control that teamwork goes well and share responsibility for each division in which every head of dividing the tasks and roles of team members. Each of the roles and responsibilities of team members is the responsibility of the project manager as well. The team is divided into several divisions, such as e-learning infrastructure division (define, regulate, and control the multimedia equipment, PCs, the Internet, etc.) used in this project, systems and applications division E-Learning and E-content division learning. Each division is designed to meet the specific needs of the project.

2. Political Frame Assumes organizations are coalitions composed of varied individuals and interest groups. Following is an analysis of this project from political frame: People who are included in the E-learning project team is the recommendation of the academic, or from other agencies. The project, which was won by the project manager obtained from the 'inside' college.

There is a power struggle within the project team members who lead the competition.

3. Human Resources Frame The focus is the human resource, usually charitable organizations and non-profit organizations are adopting this model framework. Within the organization itself creates a comfortable atmosphere and can add to the spirit of team work. 4. Symbolic Frame This organization focuses on certain symbols and tied together because of this symbol. The team makes e-learning logo which symbolizes that E-learning is an educational website owned by ITS. There is a division of its own to create a suitable logo for e-learning.

Conclusion
The conclusions are the suitable frame for E-learning project is a structural frame. In my opinion, structural frame to make a project more structured and clear. Each division and member of the team becomes easier to do the job. In addition, the structural frame, make coordination easier.
