Research program plans within Universities must:
Be developed within the context of overall University strategic goals, policies and procedures Articulate both short and long term plans to meet those goals Be co-ordinated and performance tracked both internally and externally, e.g. ERA reporting, ATN reporting, TEQSA reporting
