TOURNAMENTS LEGAL & GENERAL RULES

1. Only first 32 teams are able to participate* 2. Only MALAYSIAN citizen is eligible to participate. 3. FIVE players in court (including goalkeeper) 4. Referees decision is final and no argument will be entertained. 5. Organizer has the full authority to disqualify a team if any discipline or violence issues take place during the tournament. 6. The tournament will be contested by the Law Society International Football (FIFA) and the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) which is in force today. 7. The tournament will be conducted on 5th April 2014 (Sat) from 0900pm - 0600pm at Samba De Futsal Petaling Jaya. Location: Samba De Futsal Petaling Jaya GPS Coordinates: N3 05.619 E101 37.847 Lot 13, Jalan 225,Section 51A,46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. 8. There are no set qualifications players, each the team is free to register any player whether national player status or state. 9. The fee charged as below: Open Category RM150.00net per team. 10. However, the payment and delivery of the entry form can only be made at the following location on 29March2014 @ 2pm 5pm: Samba De Futsal Petaling Jaya Location: Samba De Futsal Petaling Jaya GPS Coordinates: N3 05.619 E101 37.847 Lot 13, Jalan 225, Section 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. 12. Closing date is on 29 March 2014 (Sat). Only teams that register and pay the entry fee before or on the closing date will be accepted. It is recommended for the team representative to deliver the form. 13. Briefings and groupings will be conducted on 29March14 (Saturday) at SAMBA COURT from 0400-0500pm. The organizer will draw the groupings for all the team and if there is no representative of team, the group table can be viewed on the tournament day. Thus, the decision is final. 14. The organizer reserves the right to amend any rules, regulations and schedules of the competition if necessary and will not be liable for any injury or loss of property and life before, during and after the tournament. 15. All team qualified for next round is advised to stay in building, fail to appear above 2min upon announcement is considered disqualified.
