An Interview With Lora Lusher a/k/a @EmeraldCityJazz
Using a Twitter account that I will not disclose, Lora Lusher agreed to do an interview with me, and I agreed to let her say whatever she wanted, and I wouldn't censor her. Before we get to the interview, I am publishing screencaps from the infamous friend of Bullyville's, Priest. These screen caps show some vile and horrid threats lobbed at a woman. At the end of the interview are the screen caps purporting to be Direct Messeages from Kate Gosselin to an account of a "world class hacker" using Bullyville's (a co-conspirator?) name to solicit someone to leak personal information about Lora Lusher. James McGibney discussed Priest on Blog Talk Radio, and praised him as well as laughed at his use of the phrase "TOS Violator" in his new Twitter Bio. There is no doubt that James knows who Priest is, and supports Priest's actions (which are vial and threatening and harassing, and certainly illegal, at best). I for one am interested to see how depositions go with James. For the time being however I will let the reader decide:

We all remember that Captain O tried to get ME to illegally harass the folks at BV_Truth, merely for reporting in opposition to James McGibney and ViaView (there is no proof the BV_Truth is or has every been Thomas Retzlaff).

Then there is the confession of Internet harasser, cyber criminal, fraud, you name it, 5hm00p that he is " real life" friends with James.

So, two scum bags Priest (who I have many interactions with, on my main and my sock accounts (however, I have always said that I don't drop even if I am given permission, until I feel it is best to do) and 5hm00p (who is www.RustleLeague.net) if it were me being sued, I would take depositions of James McGibney and force him to reveal the identities of Priest and Captian O and 5hm00p , then with that, use the evidence of them conspiring to harass and intimidate, not to mention stalk and defame, and solicit others to do the same, a multitude of victims (I am collecting their victims as I go, and many are more than willing to step forward once 5hm00p 's identification is known, as well as Priest's and to be honest a lot of people feel harassed, threatened and libel/defamed by Captain O too), and press charges against each of them. Maybe show that Jay Leiderman knew - or should have known - about this conduct, and possibly encouraged it, or instigated it, or conspired to cover it up. I would personally be honored to testify against Jay Leiderman about his threats towards me, my family, and 80 year old women, his lies to the police, and false accusations about my conduct, his stupid accusations that were so materially false, yet so similar to the same false accusations of Neal Rauhauser, to my supervised release officer, etc. I would show his defamation against me, via the Your Anon News LLC, etc..

Since we can 1) Rule out BV_T ruth is T om Retzlaff; 2) See that the person never tried "to get [him] stalked or killed"; and 3) can't prove that that is me. It is clear that Jay was seeking to defame and libel me. Not the first time for this tool.
