Description
SILICONE RESIN CT-2180 is a special amino silicone emulsion manufactured by emulsion polymerization process which will generate a long chain polymer together with micro particles in one emulsion system .This will impart elastic property especially on wools, Also, on synthetic fabrics with unique softening, elastic and smooth effect.

Processing
SILICONE RESIN CT-2180 due to its highly reactive property, a small amount is sufficient to achieve the effect, dilute and spread into 10%~20% emulsion with a small portion of Non-ionic surfactant ( like SURFACTANT E-333 ) prior to be used, then applied by the padding or exhaustion process. For padding method a concentration of 1 to 3 gpl and for exhaust 0.1 to 0.3% on weight of fabric is recommended to get desirable results followed by drying and curing at 150o C 170o C for 45 secs. The use of hard water is not recommended. Water must contain less than 250 ppm of CaCo3. CT-2180 Surfactant E-814 28KG 2KG 90KG 0.5KG 120.5KG

Storage
When stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature between +5 C and + 40 C, CT-2180 may be stored for up to 16 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, TAI COUNTY no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
