NS-703 Antifoam Emulsion

Description The product is Antifoam Emulsion is 30% active; easy dilution with either tap water or demineralized water to produce stable, lower-solids emulsions; can be added into the paper making process to control foam and act as deaeration control throughout the paper making and coating process. Application This product is neither tested nor represented as suitable for medical or pharmaceutical uses. Not intended for human injection. Not intended for food use. Product should be stored between 5 and 35C (41 and 95F) in original, unopened containers. As water based material this product should be protected from freezing. Milky white liquid 30 6~8 Non-ionic Water NS-703 Antifoam Emulsion is 30% active, allows effective foam control performance at lower overall dosages; for maximum antifoaming and defoaming efficiency, NS-703 Antifoam Emulsion should be prediluted with 20 to 40 parts of water just before adding to the foaming system. Add the water to the NS-703 Antifoam Emulsion and not vice versa. Only small concentrations of 10 to 500 ppm are needed for most systems. In any case, the exact appropriate concentration must be estimated by testing in foaming formulation. Storage When stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature between +5 C and + 40 C, NS-703 may be stored for up to 16 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, TAI COUNTY no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
