The Concept

The concept of STEM ( science t e c h n o l o g y, e n g i n e e r i n g a n d mathematics ) are not fully appreciated by students or their relevance and logic get lost during the traditional methods of discourse. The lacuna arises due to the inherent complexity of topics, outdated or unexciting methods and lack of challenging e n v i r on m e n t . M IT B OT S i n i t s innovation crucible identified the defect and came up with very interesting and appealing concept- ROBOLAB. The ROBOLAB is an activity - based comprehensive setup with numerous educational kits, Manuals & video tutorials tied to the curriculum drawing the students to a whole new world of exciting Engineering & Technology

MITBOTS is an initiative, to promote technical education in India through Robotics and other technologies. The firm is focused on making the technical education more efficient and effective by using robotics as a platform.

MITBOTS will establish robotics labs in the space provided by the College as meeting desired norms. The robotics lab will be a certified, fully functional and self- sustaining lab certified by MITBOTS. The robotics club/ or the nominated committee of the College will act as the bridge between the School and MITBOTS. MITBOTS will provide setup, technical orientation for running the lab, technical guidance for a specified period, extensive resource materials and conduct robotics activities from time to time. Proposed labs will provide fully customized and equipped work-benches for the design, assembly, coding and analysis of subjects related to robotics and related Technologies.

Creates interest in the field of science, technology and mathematics. Enhances their logical ability and practical learning. Students can compete in various robotics competition/and clarifies their basics. Encourages students to work in teams. Enables them to understand technology in a practical manner.

Promotion of program amongst Students Selection of interested/deserving students to form part of its Robotics Club Infrastructure support- Can be set up in existing Labs with Workbenches, chairs and requisite PCs. The college may decide to host it in a separate room. Projector/ LCD/ TV

SHARING FINDINGS

Generally we use bread board to make circuit, i.e. for testing it that whether we have make it right or wrong after testing the circuit we make the PCB i.e. Printed circuit Board. Here we have a read board These are internally
