NOTES: Download Speed - This is the headline maximum speed the download will burst to. It is measured in Kilo Bits per Second. Upload Speed This is the headline maximum speed the upload will burst to. It is measured in Kilo Bits per Second. Fair Access Policy (FAP) - The 10% download allowance every 72 hours is calculated from the total monthly data download allowance. Unused data from any three-day or monthly period cannot be carried over. Data downloaded during Free zone is not counted as part of the download limit. Once the first 24 hours of a 72-hour period is over, full speed is restored until the total download exceeds the 10% download limitation again during the previous 72hour period. Customers will be able to purchase a token to reset their download allowance IMPORTANT FEATURES: To ensure that all users are able to achieve their monthly data quota the below mechanisms are in place: FREE ZONE: A Free zone (FAP Free) applies to the Consumer service plan between 01:00 and 06:00 hours every day. During this time, the user can use as much data as they like. This data does not contribute to a users consumption limit. Consumption limits and Notifications: When the consumption limit is exceeded, throughputs will be limited to 128Kbps down and 28Kbps up and the users traffic will be de-prioritized. FAP Reset Tokens: FAP reset tokens apply to all Consumer Service Plans and Business Service Plans. The user can purchase FAP tokens in advance. The FAP reset token will pass as a credit to the users account. FAP tokens do not expire. The user can activate a FAP reset token as and when required. The FAP reset token will reset the daily usage. Upgrades/Downgrades: Users can migrate at any time between the various service plans. Seasonal Suspension: Customers can suspend their YahClick account whilst travelling or for non-usage periods, the system will allow up to sixty days of suspension within any twelve month period. The capacity for the customer will remain booked while in the seasonally suspend state. Syscomptech will charge 20% of the subscription fee for all seasonal suspended accounts.
