First, a word on why, after expounding on the virtues of more oxygen, we now want to provide "anti" oxidant support? Anti-oxidants is a rather unfortunate term and these important nutrients would be more acurately described as "anti-free radicals." Free radicals are chemial species that possess lone electrons, which is a very unstable chemical state. Lone electrons will do anything to be paired with another electron, including ripping an electron off a pefectly stable structure, thus creating a domino effect of tissue destruction. This is what is known as "free-radical damage," and is probably the underlying cause of aging. Vitamin C is a large, complex molecule that can "absorb" a free-radical and stop the chain of destruction. Vitamin C is inexpensive (manufacturers never cheat in its production, unlike with Vitamin E), widely availabe in a variety of forms and generally well tolerated. Some people with very sensitive stomachs need to take a buffered form, rendered a neutral pH with the addition of minerals such as calcium or magnesium. Another crucial nutrient for gum health is folic acid, or folate. The mucous membrane of the gastro-intestinal tract, which starts in the mouth, has the highest rate of cell turnover in the entire body. This is why many chemotherapy drugs, which are geared to "attack" cancer cells that are rapidly dividing, are folic acid inhibitors. People taking chemotherapy drugs will often suffer terribly from sores and blisters in their mouths, and all along the GI tract. Folic acid is essential for normal cell proliferation and the constantly renewing mucous membrane over the gums would not stay healthy without this important B vitamin. Please give these methods a try, and hopefully surgery and/or antibiotics can be avoided. Ref: Noficiation No. SBTET/EE-II-1/DIP/R/081/Mar/Apl/2014 dated. 25-02-2014 ***** As yor are aware that the online Diploma fee payment system was implemented successfully for the regular and backlog candidates for December-2013 examinations. It is decided to implement the same for the regular and backlog candidates for Mar/Apl 2014 examinations also. The Web application is hosted with url: http://apsbtet.net/dofpportal. The candidates can make the fee payment from any of the AP ONLINE franchises, Payment gateway (i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/ Netbanking) and Polytechnics (Govt. /Aided/Private &2nd Shift Polytechnic in Engineering Colleges). From December-2013 diploma examinations, facility is provided to the candidates to make the paymnet and generate the hall ticket through payment gateway (debit card/Credit card/Net Banking). It is further informed that the hall ticket will be generated for all backlog candidates once the payment is successful. For regular candidates the hall tickets will be generated after 22nd of this month after verification of attendance, receipt of scanned copy of bank deposition slip for the amount collected towards the examination fee by HLCs and the details uploaded by the Polytechnics regarding the detained candidates and the candidates paid the condonation fee to studentportal. The hall tickets can be downloaded from the home page of the above webportal. In this connection all the Principals are requested to give necessary instructions to the Head of Section of respective branches to sign on the hall tickets obtained from the HLCs and AP ONLINE for regular and backlog subjects after through verification.

    Instructions on the Diploma Examination (Regular & bakclog) fee payment through online: 1. The candidate can pay the Examination fee from any of the APONLINE/Payment gateway or from Polytechnic where he is studying. 2. It is the responsibility of the caniddate to pay the examination fee in time. 3. The candidate has to approach any of the said centres along with the passport asize photograph for generating the hall ticket immediately or he can make the payment, generate the Hall ticket through payment gateway. 4. The operator at the Polytechnic has to collect the prescribed fee from the candidate then print and handover the hall ticket to the candidate. 5. Single hall ticket will be generated for any number of subjects, any of the Year/ Semesters, however the candidate is having facility to pay the fee for Backlog subjects separately. 6. For certain candidates appearing for backlog subjects, their photos may be available in the database. If the photos are not available the scanned image of the photot is to be uploaded, however its validity is subject to approval from the concerned Principal/Head of Sectuion before conduct of examination. 7. The polytechnics can verify the fee paid candidate particulars of the respective institutions from the same website under Reprots. 8. The candidate can pay the Examination fee in APONLINE Center, Polytechnics, through paymnet gateway (debit card/Credit card/Net Banking) by entering the PIN and select the Semester/Year of

    examinations for which the candidate wants to appear. A link is provided to download the user manual having the stepwise of paymnet and generationo of hall ticket.

    9. Instructions to HLCs: 1. For Diploma Examination hall ticket can be generated from http://apsbtet.net/dofpportal. Each Polytechnic is provided with a userid and password in the HOD login. The polytechhnic can generate the hall tickets only for the candidates studying in that Polytechnic. 2. For each hall ticket generated in HLC (Polytechbnic) the institution will be paid Rs.15/from the amount collected. Principal can deduct Rs.15/- for each transaction and the remaining amount is to be deposted in SBTET online account. The account details are: The Secretary SBTET Diploma A/c No. 053310100027873, IFSC Code: ANDB0000533 MICR Code: 500011040 Bank Code: 0533 Andhra Bank, Saifabad, Hyderabad Branch. 3. Principals are requested to generate the hall ticket immediately after collecting the fee along with the filing charge of Rs.15/- i.e. if the examintion fee is Rs.450/- the operator has to collect Rs.450+15=Rs.465/-. Even a single hall ticket is generated for no. of examintions the filing charge is only Rs.15/-. The system will display the same. The amount collected from the candidate as fee is to be deposited in a separate account and transfer the fee amount excluding filing fee into SBTET account at the end of the week. Dont deposit direct cash: every transaction must be through bank only , which makes the reconciliation easy. 4. If the hall ticket is not generated within the scheduled date, the fee is to be paid with fine or Tatkal. No DDs will be entertained. 5. If the data is not available pertaining to any candidate of regular/Backlog. Send a mail to admin.sbtet@gmail.comwiththe details of PIN, Scheme and Sem/Year. Before sending the mail, please ensure the eligibility of the candidate. 6. Accept the application of candidates wish to apply for imporovement as was done earlier. 7. Accept the application for additional subjects in respective of candidates joined in one scheme and re-admintted in another scheme to facilitate them for appearing these examinations in the respective semesters. 8.
