CURRENT MARKET SENTIMENT

The consumer despite being cash trap is still finding
ways to spend on discretionary items. Investors are
ecstatic and are sending stocks and indices to new high;
consequently, the Dow closed 10092 and S&P 10097.
Sentiment once again is leading the market to a 100
point move rather than a 20 point range. The Put & Call
ratio is still bullish. However, be aware that profit taking
might step in at any moment as some investors feel
valuation is a little too rich at this level. Sell below the
pivot!

PRISM CALL

Selling on good earning is the Street Motto. It does not depress price and it facilitates liquidity. The futures are
positive on the stellar Yahoo and Caterpillar earnings. . Cautious optimism is sieving through, prior to the Beige
Book. Expect volatility as the indices are overstretched.
