1. www.engineeringineract.org
Engineering Interact, created by the University of Cambridge
Department of Engineering, with a grant from the HEFCE Aspirations
Fund and the University of Cambridge Active Community fund, is a new
and exciting free educational resource for primary school aged 9 to 11.
The resource provides fully interactive, engaging game environments
and high-quality learning material tailored to the National Curriculum.
Information about real world applications and cutting edge research
motivates children and introduces them to the exciting subject of
engineering.

It passes all of the criteria provided (Technical, Learning, Content and


Developmentally Appropriate Features). The topics that it consist are the
light, sound, forces and motion, earth and beyond, and electricity. The
games here are self-explanatory, can be used by a child on their own, by pair
or by group. An elimination procedure at the end of each game tests how
well the children have learnt the material.

2. www.gamequarium.com
Gamequarium is the largest human-edited directory of learning
games. It is known by educators as the place to search for high quality,
interactive educational games and activities. Gamequarium ranks on
the first page of major search engine results, usually in the top 3, when
searching for subject and topic specific educational games. Educators
have discovered that educational games are an effective way to
engage today's digital learners and are continually integrating more of
these games into instruction.
The SqoolTechs suite of sites are quickly becoming known for
high quality, well organized curricular resources including videos,
ebooks, printables, whiteboard resources and many other educational
resources.
The Sqoolquarium directory and search engine offers an
advertising environment that promotes contextual relevancy while
improving visibility and impact. Advertisers can leverage the trust
established by Gamequarium and SqoolTechs by creating branded
content messages that can be embedded within a specific directory
subject/topic pages.
It passes all the features of evaluating websites given where it can be
used by students from Pre Kinder to grade 12. The subjects featured here
are Math, Reading, Language, Science and Social Studies. It has a friendly
search of instructional technology used. The games here are interactive,
easily used by teachers, parents and teachers. Highly recommendable by
many teachers abroad and

Science Kids is the home of science & technology on the Internet for
children around the world.
Learn more about the amazing world of science by enjoying our fun
science experiments, cool facts, online games, free activities, ideas,
lesson plans, photos, quizzes, videos & science fair projects.

It has a lot of alternatives and activities for both the teacher and
students. This site doesn’t have any feedback site so we can’t tell anything
about it aside from the introduction given above. But we can recommend
this site to you who want to teach science to your students. Depending on
the teacher, each topic can be taught to students from preschool up to grade
6 or even higher.

Enchanted Learning, LLC produces children's educational web sites and
games which are designed to capture the imagination while
maximizing creativity, learning, and enjoyment.
We believe that children learn the most (and retain it the longest)
when they are actively involved in educational pursuits that are clear,

Ease of use is a hallmark of our material. Children need the clearest,
simplest computer interface, and our material is created so that the
navigation and controls are intuitive.
Our mission is to produce educational materials that emphasize
creativity and the pure enjoyment of learning. The underlying message

The subjects tackled here are Writing, Fiction, Physical Science,


Languages, Biology, and more. Although this is a wonderful site for teachers
to use, there is a subscription fee that they should pay for them to use it
fully. The activities are highly manageable and child-friendly and can be used
even by the parents at home.
