This is mostly due to increased affluence of people, increased spare time and greater mobility. It is the worlds fastest growing and largest industry. There is more to France than just Paris, shopping and romance! Fact: The recent UN Tourism data states that France is the most popular tourist destination attracting about 83 million visitors per year.
