PLEDGE AGREEMENT

An Investment Commitment

____________________ irrevocably pledge(s) and promise(s) to pay the University of Nevada, Reno’s Department of
Athletics the sum of ________________________(U.S. $___________). This gift shall be used exclusively to
fund directly the University of Nevada, Reno’s Ski Team, created to fund the program’s coaches and operating
budget.

This promise to use the amount pledged and the University’s reliance on and use of the amount pledged shall constitute
full and adequate consideration for this pledge.

I/We understand that this total pledge of $______________ shall be paid in annual installments of $__________ over a
period of four years beginning August 2010. It is my/our intention to satisfy this commitment according to the

This pledge is intended to reflect the commitment and investment of the donor in the University of Nevada, Reno’s
Athletics Department and specifically Ski Team. This pledge shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

I/We sign this pledge with the intent to be legally bound. If I am executing this pledge with my spouse, I understand
that we are each separately obligated to fulfill this commitment. In the event that I, and if I am executing this with my
spouse, my spouse should die prior to the time this pledge is fully paid, I direct that my personal representative satisfy
this pledge as a debt of my estate.

The unenforceability, invalidity, or illegality of any provision of this Agreement shall not render any other provisions
unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, which other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
