;t appears encum%ered ith a mortgage constituted in fa,or of $aldomero de la Rama y 8osiatco, as security for the payment of the sum of t el,e thousand fi,e hundred pesos, as appears in the second entry, property %earing said num%er of folio si4 of ,olume t el,e, temporary, of the municipality of +alisay, *austo 0. 8on1aga, of age, agriculturist of residing in this city, appears as the o ner of this property, ha,ing re(uired the same %y purchase as sho n %y the first entry, %earing this num%er at folio 2 of the aforesaid ,olume t el,e, temporary, of +alisay, ith the e4ception of one3fourth portion of the lands in +roso, to it, of the second parcel of this property hich %elongs to 0uis 8on1aga as his <legitima,< according to the said first entry, and of the lands to ards the east of the ri,er 0oygoy of hich the area is not determined to pertain as the legitima of Sancha 8on1aga de Villadelgado as appears from the tile no presented.

/n accounting ha,ing %een made %et een Se&or $aldomero de la Rama, of age, property o ner and resident of this city, and Se&or *austo 8on1aga, on the third day of .uly, nineteen hundred and se,en, the latter appeared to %e inde%ted to the former in the sum of si4teen thousand se,en hundred pesos, as capital and interest accrued and unpaid, and in ,ie of the fact that more than eight years had elapsed ithout said *austo 8on1aga ha,ing any hopes of setting his de%t, he agreed ith his creditor to cede this property in payment of said de%t, together ith other property also mortgaged consisting of a steam engine of eight 9. P. and all the other articles 5artefactos=7, camarin of gal,ani1ed iron, a ood %uilt house ith nipa roof, forty carts and forty cara%aos,

it %eing also agreed %et een then %oth that Se&or de la Rama shall pay 2o&a /gatona 8on1aga, ife of 2on /gripino de la Rama the sum of one thousand three hundred pesos hich said *austo 8on1aga o es, and this agreement %eing carried into effect the latter cedes to the said Se&or $aldomero de la Rama this property, together ith other a%o,e3descri%ed property in payment of the said sums hich aggregate altogether the sum of eighteen thousand pesos, the contract ha,ing %een entered into ithout any condition limiting the po ers of the ac(uirer.

Seor Baldomero de la Rama, whose second surname does not appear, registers the acquisition of the domain (his title to) to this property by virtue of the cession in payment of the debt, to an e4tent of three hundred hectares after deducing the lands %elonging to 0uis 8on1aga and Sancha 8on1aga de Villadelgado, ithout determining the e4tent that pertains to each of them the mortgage stated in the %eginning %eing cancelled %y ,irtue thereof.

+his property hich is included also ithin the #urisdiction of $acolod is registered in its entirety in the same ,olume and folio cited at the margin of this entry.
