Some belts are elastic with thermoplastic carcasses; some belts are non-elastic with carcasses reinforced with polyamide or polyester fabrics. Joining Tools
Nitta offers a complete line of high-quality, durable tools for making endless PolySprint belts. We offer fingercutters, digitally controlled heating presses, cooling presses, and pre-setters for splice alignment. Nittas PolySprint tools make it quick and easy to replace broken belts with minimal downtime. Our presses are designed with small profiles to fit into tight spaces, so there is no need to disassemble the machine. Both 50mm and 100mm maximum-width equipment lines are available, accommodating all common belting sizes for printing.
