Introduction to Trayrun: Trayrun (Beta version) is a 32 bit Integrated TrayCAD and Runway Router layout design program that works with AutoCAD 2008 through 2010. Trayrun (Beta version) works on Windows 2000/ Windows XP/ Windows 7 based program and installs as an add-on to your AutoCAD system. Use the Trayrun toolbar to add Cable Tray and Runway Router to the plan by drawing a single line as the center line of the tray run. Then, with the click of a button, the program will build a 3-D wire-frame model of the cable tray and runways with all of the appropriate set of default fittings. The program allows one to change a fitting type or modify a fitting in its dimensions. The program also generates a bill of materials, places drawing details, and creates specifications.

This tutorial explains how to implement multiple tray type layout and build multiple trays 1. Load the drawing file of the first tray type if any or draw the layout of first tray type and set default tray type
3. Set default tray type for the second set of centerlines in the same drawing
5. Set default tray type for the next set of centerlines in the same drawing
7. Click on Build tray icon on toolbar to initiate the tray building process
8. Tray building process installs fittings on first centerline layout and asks for Build confirmation to complete the tray generation
9. The process continues for the next sets of centerlines sequentially until all the tray types are generated in the drawing
10. Click on Bill of material icon to generate Bill of materials for all the tray types in the drawing
