i) Supplier shall submit an analysis of the mar+ing material to the

purchaser to demonstrate, by chemical analysis and history of use, that the mar+ing material meets the re.uirements' i) <olting shall be mar+ed on one end' >) 9uts shall be mar+ed on one flat' &) (f the material or item is too light, too small, or cannot other)ise be stamped, 8ibro"etching or color"coding shall be applied' Such shall be noted on the PM( 0 Alloy %erification -eports' 2) 7hen heat treatment is performed after material 8erification, the identification mar+ing shall be recogni*able after such heat treatments' (f the mar+ing is unrecogni*able, PM( testing shall be repeated' 3) 7hen an alloy pipe or plate is cut after PM( testing and mar+ing, the mar+ing shall be transferred onto the unmar+ed section as described in this Section'
