Introduction towards Project Report on Motivation The efficiency of a person depends on two factors, firstly, the level of a$ility to do a certain work, secondly, the willin ness to do the work. So for as the first factor is concerned it can $e ac#uired $y education and trainin , $ut the second factor can $e created $y motivation. A person may have several needs and desires. "t is only stron ly felt needs which $ecomes motives. Thus motives are a product of needs and desires motives are many and keep on chan in with time motives are invisi$le and directed towards certain oals. Motivation means that process which creates on inspiration in a person to motivation is derived from the word 4motive5 which means the latest power in a person which impels him to do a work. Motivation is the process of steerin a person5s inner drives and actions towards certain oals and committin his ener ies to achieve these oals. Felfare services for the $enefits of workers need to $e improved. &artially medical facilities needs a si nificant improvement. &romotion system should $e communicated amon the workers. Today, as there is a atmosphere of worker participation in the decisions re ardin or anization worker should have iven opportunity to e3press their views in the company. The human motivation is chan ea$le and not sta$le it should $e considered in mind. Money incentives should $e iven more. Mana ement policies and practices should $e communicated so that workers could understand them easily.

Limitations 0imitations of the research are as follows 7 Motivation '#stract : Motivation is a$stract and it is very difficult to measure motivation $ecause it can only $e felt. As it cannot $e touched there is no standardized data on motivation.
