ANNEX 1-TYPICAL LOADING PLAN

The following cargo loading plan shall be consulted for obtaining typical format, Chief
Officer shall calculate planned cargo, ballast, coolant quantities for each operation
after duly considering the relevant stress, stability, structed strength criteria and other
safety and operational factors.

Lining Up: Vessel shall arrive Cooled down ready to load and shall be made fast
port side alongside using a 12-inch 150 ANSI connection for liquid and vapour line,
and 1-inch connection for liquid drain line. Blanks to be opened for liquid, vapour
and drain lines after berthing.
Following valves on the deck to be opened after arm/hose connection:
1 P & S liquid fill manual valves
2 P & S liquid fill manual valves
3 P & S liquid fill manual valves
Liquid manifold to liquid line crossover valve
1 P & S condensate manual & hydraulic valves
2 P & S condensate manual & hydraulic valves
3 P & S condensate manual & hydraulic valves
No.1 Tank vapour valve
No.2 Tank vapour valve
No.3 Tank vapour valve
Vapour manifold to vapour line crossover valve
Vapour manifold (P) manual valve
Liquid manifold (P) manual valve

All other valves to be kept shut.

After the liquid and the vapour arms and 1-inch drain line is connected, shore liquid
loading arm shall be cooled down by shore. Following valves to be opened prior
cooling down commences:

(a) Drain line manifold valve (1-inch ball valve)
(b) Drain line to liquid manifold crossover valve (1-inch ball valve)

Once cooling down is completed, open the following valves
(c) 1 P & S liquid fill hydraulic valves
(d) 2 P & S liquid fill hydraulic valves
(e) 3 P & S liquid fill hydraulic valves
(f) Liquid manifold hydraulic valve

and shut:

(b) Drain line manifold valve (1ball valve)
(c) Drain line to liquid manifold crossover valve (1 ball valve)

As per requirements of terminal, to avoid pressure surge on emergency stoppage,
following valves are to be kept locked in open position:
(i) Liquid Manifold hydraulic valve
(ii) No.2 P liquid fill hydraulic valve.

Venting Arrangement: Vapour manifold would be connected to shore vapour
return line for the principal purpose of ensuring that tank pressures do not exceed
70% of MARVS (0.19 bar g). The vapour manifold automatic valve is to be kept
shut and operated only when directly ordered by the chief officer and after informing
the Terminal representative.

Reliquefaction Plant: prior to commencement of loading, it shall be ensured that
pressures are below 0.03 bar g by running one or two compressors. On
commencement of cargo, all four compressors would be started and shall be
running on 100% load when cargo is being loaded at full rate.

Sequence of Loading: Vessel to load in No.1, 2 and 3 cargo tanks. Final soundings
shall be as follows:
No.1 P & S 11561 mm
No.2 P & S 11484 mm
No.3 P & S 11505 mm

Initial Loading Rate: Initial loading rate 1,000 bbls/hr
Maximum Loading Rate: Maximum loading rate not to exceed 10,000 bbls/hr
Topping Off Rate: Topping off rate 3,000 bbls/hr
Stoppage: Terminal requires 10 mins, and 5 mins, notice for normal stoppage.
Emergency Stoppage: Terminal to be infomed on walkie talkie, and/or ten short
blasts on the ships whistle.
Deballasting: Deballasting to be carried out of 1DB(P & S), 2DB(P & S), 3DB(P&
S), ITS(P & S), 2TS(P & S) AND 3TS(P & S).
No.4TS(P & S) is to be retained and used only for list correction.
Bunkering and Storing: No bunkers or stores are expected.
Stability: No draft restriction at berth, Aft draft not to be less than 5.86 m for full
propeller immersion and trim not to exceed 2.4 m, stresses to be within permissible
limits. Final Max. Stresses Shearing force 22.5% and Bending Moment (Hog)
47.3% of allowance.
