Our team has created a phenomenal array of wine and cuisine designed to highlight the special aspects, flavors and the unique qualities of each. We start with tasting our wines to understand the flavors, aromas and textures; with this in mind we develop our menu, we call this tasting backwards. We strive to source local ingredients for all our menu items. We hope you enjoy your time at Uvaggio, please feel free to ask any of our team members to recommend a pairing for your food, wine or cocktail. Cheers!!

Wines by the glass, from the CoraVin Cora Who? Is that the women from Iron Chef?
Ummmnn, no, but close. Coravin is a system designed to allow you to remove wine from a bottle without removing the cork. The needle penetrates the bottle without affecting the cork or allowing air into the bottle, thus preserving the wine. !
Please check the blackboard behind the bar or ask your incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented wine geek (server) for todays Coravin selection.!
