OH YEAH! Everything is Nothing, Nothing is Everything, and both of them are The Madness. Finding the truth is diffi u!t, "rother... but you an set it free. #ematanye $no%s. #ematanye.& ' The Na ho Man Summary: Many call them crazy and some of them are deranged, but the followers of Wematanye are introspective philosophers who look high into the stars and deep into their minds on an endless quest for self-actualization. History: and !. "alvage fell from the stars. #rought with him, the knowledge of space and time, life and death: the wisdom of Wematanye $concept of !verything and %othing& the guiding force of all things'. (n order to better understand why and how we perceive the world through belief, the philosophy known as )he Madness was born. *e took the title of )he %acho Man and preached that both !verything and %othing could be understood, that misinformation can lead to information, and that answers and problems are one in the same. Many realized the elegant chaos of )he %acho Man+s rantings and accepted the seeds of secular sanctity he planted within their minds. *is followers rapidly grew and with a new-found comprehension of perception, people became privy to the puppet show of society.

Outlook: Wematanye is the force behind and in front of !verything, including %othing. Wematanye blesses *er followers with immense understanding. )he Madness is the means to catch that which can never be caught. "uch parado,ical and absurd logic can push the limits of mental fortitude, but those who follow )he Madness accept that the world is what it is, and things are what they are. -ollowers of the Madness are problem solvers .ust as much as they are problem creators, which leads to intentions being misunderstood or followers being feared, persecuted, or pressured away from Wematanye. )hree definitive traits of all followers are: philosophical curiosity, adaptability, and an understanding or desire to understand one+s /significance $significance in the universe in regards to Wematanye'. /ltruists, naturalists, scientists, realists, and even actual crazy people have been known to embrace )he Madness, seeing much truth within it+s teachings. 0reachings, often called "treams of 1onsciousness, are sporadic and impromptu. )hey are sometimes interrupted or even dropped entirely and tend to quickly change in sub.ect without derailing in thought. )he overarching messages of these preachings are problem-solving, acceptance, and empathy. *owever, followers are taught to respect the opposing forces of all concepts and e,perience each one in order to understand them. )he ight of Way is a quest for enlightenment passed from follower to follower. /s such, it varies in practice and conditions for every individual. *owever, the reward for completing )he ight of Way is the same for all: rebirth through enlightenment and a new name bound to the participant. )he name is special to that one individual and is channeled through space-time from Wematanye *erself, in order to give greater meaning to the recipient+s overall e,istence. )he spiritual focus of )he Madness is on personal growth and development, both are components of one+s /significance. )he most devout and learned are able help others due to their hard work towards self-actualization. (n this regard, actions are rarely if ever reprimanded, as all events and consequences simply are, and dealing with those consequences takes precedence over e,ecuting punishment or holding grudges. /ll e,periences are meant to be learned from, even if %othing can be learned. !nlightenment is achieved by completely comprehending the fact that you know absolutely %othing about anything, let alone enlightenment, and then seeking out wisdom and wopsim $the two primal forces of knowing and connectivity'. Hierarchy: )he hierarchy is based on wisdopsim, the binding force of wisdom in the universe $the combination of knowledge and connection, also involving the social aspect of e,istence'. )here are no

ranks within the Madness, followers do not operate in terms of an arbitrary hierarchy. -ollowers of Wematanye tend to be drawn to the most communal solutions or ideas amongst each other. )he probability of ideas becoming actions increases based on the number of madmen who agree with it or disagree with it. /lthough there is no concrete hierarchy, followers respect elder members of )he Madness. )hey are recognized by their numerous titles, generally e,travagant or absurd in nature. /ll members are considered #rothers, as it is a gender neutral term within the Madness, but most members eventually forgo their previous names for their given ight of Way title, once earned.

Religious Symbols: -ollowers of the Madness test themselves in order to define themselves, gaining a new title or name when their quest has been completed. 2ther symbols of faith include: belts, the Moon, the "un and stars, celestial bodies, wild creatures, landscapes, traffic or road signs, feats of strength $both mental and physical'. Mountain tops are sacred land. Guiding Tenets: - !verything is %othing, %othing is !verything. Wematanye knows. - )ime is sacred but does not e,ist. )he past is for learning, the future for e,perience, and everything else is now. - )he universe is dynamic, always changing. 3ou are the universe, be dynamic. - 1oncepts are constructed, deconstruct them. !verything is. )he truth lies within understanding. - Wisdom is. Wopsim is. 3ou are. Wisdopsim is channeled through you. Notes on the Faith: -ollowers of the Madness are more prone to mental ailment, derangement upon baptism is common and often seen as 4trial by psychosis.5 )his test of faith lasts for an indeterminate length of time, dependent on the individual but after enough time coping, followers are meant to help one another overcome their derangement. )he personal knowledge gained through this e,perience is invaluable and often unsettling. Many followers have abandoned Wematanye because they could not grasp this chance for enlightenment.
