PROJECT/ STRATEGY FUNCTIONAL AREA 1: LITIGATION MANAGEMENT GOAL OBJECTIVE


a. Promote and enhance the capability and capacity of the Legal Department to manage and litigate the cases involving DDTKI. a. To ensure that all pending cases are attended religiously and timely. Provide a process for the accommodation and litigation of cases according to ISO 9001 requirements and the Revised Rules of Court.

b. Minimize if not eliminate the number of Labor cases filed against DDTKI.
