To develop an Oracle Applications Forms, i.e,. Oracle Apps Forms you need to configure Oracle Forms Builder to use the Oracle Apps library files. In Oracle Apps Instance, Oracle has provided a form named TEMPLATE.fmb, this FMB file is used to act as a starting point of any new Oracle Apps form development. This form resides in $AU_TOP/resource directory on the Oracle Apps server, i.e. the node on which Oracle Forms server is located. Oracle Apps keeps the entire set of Forms libraries in the same directory, i.e. $AU_TOP/resource. For any Oracle Apps form customization/development, you need to download the library files into the local PC. Let us see the configuration steps of Forms 10g. Download the files from $AU_TOP/resource directory on the server to your local directory. We have downloaded the files on the path, C\DevSuiteHome1\forms\apps_lib.
