In 2010, Alberto Butaya, Sr. took leadership of the business from his father, Marven when ownership and day-to-day responsibilities were transferred to his sons, Mr. Leoni and Marven Butaya. O & Bs project capabilities, turnkey solutions and employees are among the best in the industry, which result in a tremendous amount of repeat business. Its corporate structure and philosophy ensure access to top management, which in turn, enables decisions to be made quickly, without delay. In addition, O & Bs core group of electrical professionals and inside wiremen has been with the company for many years, with a number of them approaching 1 decade of service. This is accomplished through the use of ongoing reviews of the master construction schedule, which ensures that all electrical activities are properly coordinated with coinciding construction tasks. Jobsite safety is always the first priority at O & B TELESERVICE To make sure that it remains at the forefront, O & B TELESERVICE insists that its employees follow the means and methods set forth in the company's corporate safety manual. O & B foremen electricians perform daily

onsite safety inspections, which include the review of equipment, tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). O & B TELESERVICE also completes job hazard analyses for all project tasks that are not routine. This permits O & B TELESERVICE to identify hazards, review steps of tasks, and put in place controls to help lower the risks associated with each step.
