Sem Break Trip to Penang Island PENANG, APRIL 06 Penang is the place which most people would choose

e to travel during holidays. Therefore, the place that the students had chosen for the semester break holiday is the Penang Island. The reason the students travelled there is to relax. To organize the trip the students had form the committee to in charge the whole trip. First of all, the committee will plan a budget for the entire Penang Island Trip. Next , the person in charge will arrange for transportation, the place to stay and the places to visit. At last, Koay Li Li is responsible to collect the money for this trip. On that day, all the student will gathered at the bus station on 7 oclock in the morning but one of the student came late, luckily the students were abound the bus on time. After 2 hours the students arrived Budget Hotel in Jalan Penang, George Town. After the students putting down the stuff, it is time the students go out to search for lunch. So, the committee make the students way to one of the best known place for Char Kueh Tiow in Penang. Lorong Selamat, Jalan McCalister. After the students taking lunch, the next station the committee bring the students go to visit Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Centre Penang, the students go around there and took photo for remember. The next station the committee took the students go to try the famous food in Penang the cendol. After that, the students go back hotel to take a rest and gathered at the lobby on 6:30pm to go out search for dinner. Next day, after the students have the breakfast, the committee bring the students go to visit Fort Cornwallis , Kek Lok Si and Komtar , in this trip the students had tasted many delicious food in Penang such as laksa, Hokien Mee, Ice kacang and so on. From this trip, I had realized that punctuality is very important. This is because if some of the people are not punctual it will be affected the whole trip. So this trip had made me learnt that being punctual is very important to everyone and everything. Besides that, another thing I realized is teamwork also very important to us. This is because without teamwork the whole trip will not go smoothly that will have many problem in the trip. In this trip it had made

me learnt the lesson is teamwork is important to the society. Otherwise, I think that leadership is important to the trip, this has taught me to be a better teacher because be a teacher we must have leadership to lead the student. Without leadership in the trip, the trip will not process will. So I had learnt the lesson leadership is important to us. A post-mortem was conducted after the trip to determine the strengths and the weaknesses of the trip. Some of the students are not punctual so next time the committee should take action to those who are late. Besides that, the schedule in this trip is tight, students are not enough time to take a rest, the time should be more flexible. Overall the trip was well-conducted with the cooperation of the committees. Although the trip was conducted smoothly but still there were some difficulties faced during the trip. Solutions were needed so that the trip can be better organised in the future.
