On May 9, 2012 (TWO YEARS AGO) Defendant Adam Rose and his modern day Gestapo-tactic wielding Lawyer Debra Guzov who is famous for this gem:http://youtu.be/QR1seOyLx6A - sent one of those DMCA takedown letters to Tumblr, the host of this website, concerning this blogs reporting of the E-Mails that show Defendant Adam Roses harassment of at least two tenants during the Stuyvesant Town tax fraud scheme in which Adam Rose along with Tishman Speyer were found to have violated the New York State Rent Stabilized Laws (i.e., like corrupt white collar criminals by knowingly taking over $25 million in tax breaks while getting rid of rent stabilized tenants and charging market rates See Roberts v. Tishman Speyer). Those E-mails were all part of PUBLIC COURT RECORDS, but Adam Rose (Rose Associates, Inc.) and their Gestapo tactic wielding Lawyer Debra Guzov threatened TUMBLR to take down the emails because they claimed Defendant Adam Rose had a copyright in the E-Mails?!?! Those e-mails as stated in PUBLIC COURT RECORDS revealed that during the illegal tax fraud scheme Adam Rose taunted rent stabilized tenants as well as bloggers (Lux Living) who were informing the public about the illegal conduct. Defendant Adam Rose (Rose Associates, Inc.)s statements TO THE FEMALE TENANT LAWYER whom Defendant Adam Rose intimidated and harassed by subsequently violently destroying all of her property and legal files as alleged and apparently NOT DENIED BY ADAM ROSE INCLUDE the following allegations reported from PUBLIC COURT FILES: (1) As alleged in court documents, in February of 2011 Defendant Adam Rose, Rose Associates, Inc., contacted the female tenant after 10:00 PM at night and harassed her about sending emails to Rose Associates, Inc. concerning Adam Rose and Rose Associates, Inc. Stuyvesant Town harassment of rent-stabilized tenants. (2) As alleged in court documents, in September 2010, Defendant Adam Rose contacted female tenant victim personally and told her sarcastically that he wouldnt comply with a subpoena to appear at the trial and narcissistically wished her luck. (3) As alleged in court documents, in November 2011, Defendant Adam Rose continued to harassed female tenant directly by telling her to keep contacting him and talking about what pleasures him concerning the female tenant.

(4) As alleged in court documents, in November 2011, Defendant Adam Roses mocking of the female tenant victim rose to a level of Defendant Adam Rose sarcastically begging the female tenant victim to contact him while at the same time threatening her. Defendant Adam Rose, Rose Associates, Inc.s, (admitted) personal direct contact with the female tenant victim of the harassment during the Stuyvesant Town tax fraud started almost FOUR YEARS AGO as indicated in court documents and this creepy stalking vibe apparently continues to this day - an anonymous letter threatening the female tenant was submitted as evidence in the pending Stuyvesant Town lawsuits. The May 9, 2012 letter from Debra Guzov, Esq. also attempted to state that this blog contained defamatory statements against Adam Rose and threatened TUMBLR that it would be well advised to remove all the content of this blog?!? CLEARLY TUMBLR DISAGREED and stood up for the Freedom of Speech of its bloggers. ALSO, Defendant Adam Rose and his personal Gestapo squad NEVER FILED ANY CLAIMS against this blogger for defamation or anything else. AND, as I am told, the time to file any cases for their false accusations of defamation has expired. So now apparently, Defendant Adam Rose and his personal Gestapo squad found another way to violate the Freedom of Speech of anonymous bloggers by attempting to illegally obtain our identities by harassing the female tenant lawyer who has been battling them for over three (3) years exposing the corruption of the New York courts (Judge Laurie Lau, Judge Gerald Lebovits), and the tax fraud and other schemes of Adam Rose, Rose Associates, Inc. (Fred Knapp, Esq., Gregory Claude), the rent boys at the NYPD 13th Precinct, Tishman Speyer, their lawyers Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel (Robert Goldstein, Paul Gruber). They are using their political buddies in the courts to harass the Female Tenant Lawyer during the court case to try to find out the identities of anonymous bloggers who comment on the corruption of the courts in violation of bloggers first amendment rights!!! The longer this case goes onthe more corruption will be exposed. Looks like the New York courts are panicking - thanks to Adam Rosewell be digging deeper.

Its been a while since theres been any information on the long-standing and pending Stuyvesant Town Racketeering lawsuit and wow, bombshell allegations abound and the reasons for radio silence will probably not surprise you, but wait to hear what these Racketeering Defendants continue to doand whos helping them to harass the female attorney and crime victim who blew the whistle on them to federal and state officials (and yes, it includes more judges in the New York State Unified Court System e.g., one whose employee concealed the identity of racketeering defendants Borah Goldsteins employee in the courtroom?!?!?!). The Court files are filled with bombshells! (1) It appears as those little Racketeering Defendant Adam Rose and his coconspirators L(iars)awyers Racketeering Defendants Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel, P.C. (Robert D. Goldstein), Debra Guzov (Guzov Offsink LLC) AND defendant NYC Housing Court judge Gerald Lebovits have been busy employing the same tactics like the Secret Service (S.S.) of the Nazi Regime by using the free services of the State Bar Disciplinary Committee to conduct secret proceedings against the female attorney who accused them in court proceedings of assaulting, harassing, stalking and violently destroying her property AND stealing her legal files AFTER she blew the whistle on the Tishman Speyer/Rose Associates Inc. (Adam Rose)/Borah Goldstein Residential Real Estate Racketeering and Tax Fraud Scheme implicating them. Plus, I am told the statute of limitations for any of their harassing attempts for claims of defamation has expired. So what do they do??? They are going after an attorney and crime victim (whose case has been reported here) through secret proceedings to get anonymous bloggers identities. Apparently in the latest court filings it was disclosed that the female attorney and crime victims legal files that were destroyed and stolen during the pending racketeering lawsuit (while some of the Racketeering Defendants were under court order to preserve the plaintiffs property) included legal files concerning a separate pending case that the female attorney was involved inwhich included (quoted from the court documents): Disney scripts involved in that lawsuit contained child pornography, sex in front of a priest, threesomes and other scenes that Disney and the Quinn Emanuel law firm wouldnt want the public to know about Holy Disney Child Porn?!?! Say it aint so?!?! Apparently, Racketeering Defendant Adam Rose and his attorneys (who are also defendants, remember) Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel, P.C. actually submitted documents from that separate Disney case and referenced the stolen documents - how stupid can you get?!?!
