New York City Housing Court Judge Laurie Lau whose bizarre antics have been the fodder of numerous complaints and news articles will hopefully finally be brought to justice as she is a named defendant along with her co-conspirator residential real estate robosigning debt collectors Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel (Robert Goldstein, Paul Gruber, Carla Seals all named individually in the New York State Supreme Court case), Adam Rose, Rose Associates and other Stuyvesant Town thugs including Fred Knapp, Esq., Gregory Claude, and Adam Roses boyfriend NYPD Sergeant Peter McQuillans rent boys at the 13th Precinct NYPD who were Adam Rose/Tishman Speyers personal Gestapo during the over 6 year residential real estate racketeering fraud and tax fraud scheme as stated in numerous court cases filed by current and former tenants of Stuyvesant Town/Peter Cooper Village. Named Defendant New York City Housing Court Judge Laurie Lau is accused of aiding and abetting Racketeering and Criminal Mischief Defendants Borah Goldstein (Robert Goldstein, Paul Gruber) and Adam Rose (Rose Associates, Fred Knapp, Gregory Claude) along with their thugs Midtown Moving & Storage with felony criminal mischief by contacting her racketeering co-defendants from court without tenants knowledge to allow them to commit the felony destruction of all of tenants property and delaying so that her racketeering co-defendants could commit the crimes. The New York City Housing Court Judges most of whom were elected by their robosigning racketeering codefendant Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel (Robert Goldstein, Esq. who has been on the committee to elect judges, and holds campaign financing parties for NYC Housing Court Judges) OR who are actual former associates and partners of Borah Goldstein are under fire in numerous Stuyvesant Town tenant lawsuits accusing these judges of participating in the robosigning and other special favors which allowed the Tishman Speyer/Rose Associates/Borah Goldstein residential real estate fraud and tax fraud scheme to Follow continue for over 6 years.
