Main Responsibilities: Responsible for leading regional operations team to achieve project targets (SLA/KPI). To ensure project standards are implemented and followed by regional operational teams including FLM subcontractors. Responsible for managing subcontractors and 3rd party service providers in the region. To analyze trouble ticket (TT) and propose and implement mitigation actions. Regional Technical Support

Main Responsibilities: Coordination on day to day activities with regards to corrective and preventive maintenance with FLM team. Review daily, weekly TT report and propose corrective measures and mitigation plans to FLM team. To perform random sites audits on completed preventive maintenance activities. Requirements: Minimum BSc Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication or relevant field. 5+ years experience in operations and maintenance in telecommunication environment. Good technical knowledge on BTS, Mcrowave Transmission & CME. Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Regional Acceptance Coordinator

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination of ATP for NE elements in the region with regional implementation team. Responsible for the completion of ATP documents in timely manner by maintaining quality in accordance to the project standard and ATP requirements. Validating the acceptance schedule and preparing field teams accordingly. VAS Capacity Planning Engineer

Main Responsibilities: Gather and analyze issues regarding capacity and performance management and propose the solution for VAS Multivendor Network Element improvement Initialize and required measurements for capacity monitoring and performance analysis of the network Provide proactive plan to initiate the data collection, triggering, planning and operating the valid solution to solve the issues of performance/capacity management of the network

Follow up the transfer of capacity and performance data from the network to the appropriate operation support system Define the reports needed by using the performance management tools available by maximum reuse of existing reports stored in the appropriate operation support systems Generate reports which are not available from the appropriate operation support systems

Regional OSP Engineer

Main Responsibilities: Provide technical solution and support for OSP and ISP via remote and on-site troubleshooting. Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities with FLM subcontractor and making sure project SLA/KPI are met. Responsible for TT analysis and implementing corrective and mitigation measures. Requirements: Minimum BSc Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication or relevant field. 4 years Fiber (OSP) network experience with 2 years in operations. IP/DCN Senior Engineer

Main Responsibilities: Deliver & monitor daily IP Core & IP RAN performance report by daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Identify, analyze, follow up, and track any performance degradation accordingly. Support performance report and analysis requested from other team member or customer.

Requirements: Minimum BSc Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication or relevant field. 3 years working experience in IP/DCN product. Datacomm/IP Planning Engineer

Main Responsibilities: Accountable for data communication network (IP Backbone, IP Blocks VLAN, Ports) network planning, design and capacity activities. Manage the DCN-IPBB capacity and utilization and able to come up with expansion plans. Propose design & topology improvements for short term and long term strategy to optimize the network. Service and capacity demand forecasting for future needs. Provide report for monitoring on IPBB utilization and topology. Proactive maintenance (trend analysis). Supports the evolution/dimensioning of future capacity needs, configuration management and optimization in DCN/IPBB network. Requirements: Minimum BSc Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication or relevant field. 2-5 years experience in cellular network environment. Knowledge on IP and Sub netting, basic knowledge of data communication. Familiar with Router, Switch and Firewall, Office application (Excel with Macro). Site Survey Engineer
Main Responsibilities: Perform installation and supervision. Survey & identify equipment proposal

Report survey to Head Quarter to ensure materials are delivered smoothly Guide and support end to end installation process, covering equipment placement, power system, and physical data interconnection Do effective coordination to meet customer requirement and work closely with project team to avoid material shortage. Prepare on site recruitment information and reposrt to customer which consist of layout, photo, MOM, etc. Arrange and manage sub contractor for some survey activity for Huawei product BTS, Access, to fulfill customer standard.

SA Manager
Main Responsibilities: Set the SITAC, CME roolout target together with RPM base on PO receive from custumer. Control the implementation process according to the defined time schedule (Plan with actual achievement). Directly involved in regular meeting with sub contractor to evaluate project. Set up target and take necessary action for improvement. Evaluate sub contractor performance based on quality and speed. Conduct random site checking to ensure project quality and progress. Conduct acceptance test and ensure that all punch list to be clarified within the decided period by costumer in ATP. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project report to regional project manager. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major. 5 years experience in SITAC Manager, 2 years experience in SITAC Coordinator. SITAC Coordinator
Main Responsibilities: Specify SITAC Scope of Work. Manage SA Team chase RFC target. Manage Subcontractor to chase good achievement. Communicate with customer. Cooperate with the customer to solve the hot SITAC issue. Prepare and keep updated the implementation program for all implementation projects in cooperation with the project management. Arrange Site Survey with planning team. Cooperate with other team to acquire the site. Specify local government IMB police, manage subcontractor submit IMB application. Discuss and Report the implementation process and risk to RPM. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major. 3 years experience as related position in telecommunication project. Power Design Engineer

Main Responsibilities: Telecommunication site power equipments such as DC/AC power supply system, solar power system, site monitoring, diesel generator, intelligent ventilation systems installation, commissioning, acceptance and swap supervise. Provide remote or field technical support service to power equipments. In charge of making delivery solution, supervising delivery and technical problem handle of Power product. In charge of technical interface with customer or sub-con. In charge of technical skill transfer to sub-con or other people and model site installation. Support power product maintenance service delivery.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT Engineering or any related major. Minimum 1 year experience in power product service. Have at least one kind of telecommunication network energy product knowledge, such as power system(rectifier), battery, Genset, solar system, fuel cell, AVR, inverter, etc. Skillful in customer and internal technical communication.

Have related knowledge of monitor system and AC/DC power distribution in telecommunication field. Experience in project operation, skillful in team working and cooperation. Good organizing and execution capability, can endure hard working and high delivery pressure. Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Legal Specialist
Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the legal matters of the companys business operation. Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required. Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration. Assist with the establishing and registration of subsidiaries or representative offices in the Asia Pacific region. Work with contracted law firms on assignments that require external legal services. Conduct research and compile information on commercial laws and provide legal training for employees in the company when the need arises. Requirements: Bachelor Degree from Law. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge and experience in the telecommunication industry will be an added advantage. Knowledgeable in company laws, contract laws and international commercial laws. Experienced in reviewing and drafting of commercial legal documents. Traditional Channel SOO
Main Responsibilities: Increase brand presence in the shop (by doing regular POSM display). Especially for shop with Huawei promoter, maintenance of POSM display will do by promoter but the SOO responsible for the job. Gather market information (sales, stock, pricing, competitor activity). Especially for stock availability if there is a problem, should be report to ASM. Manage and monitor daily performance of Promoter to increase productivity (sell out). Train/update new product to front liner/or owner of the dealer /or when the promoter is not exist in the dealers shop or there is no Huaweis promoter. Collect Warranty Card of the shop without promoter and input to Huawei Retail System. Propose idea for improvement in his/her coverage dealer to improve sell out Requirements: Graduate from any engineering, marketing or business management field. At least 2 years experience in a Sales and Marketing capacity, of which 1 years must be at a Modern Channel sales or marketing management capacity with a large/ reputable organization. Experience with Smartphone/ Electronic, or Consumer or Industrial Durables modern channels preferred. Demonstrates marketing skills and product knowledge of assigned product areas. Advanced MS Office Skills to independently manage information and develop presentations. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with good experience in managing both direct and matrix teams. Modern Channel SOO

Training Officer
Main Responsibilities: Develop product training material (based on product knowledge from Huawei HQ) and develop selling skill for field force team (Huawei and Customer) in order to improve productivity. Conduct Train to Trainer (TTT) to Huawei team (ASM and SOO) than the Huawei team will conduct training for Promoter and Shops Front Liner in their respective area. Conduct Training for Key Customer staff (modern channel and operator team) about product knowledge when required. Do regular evaluation of team capability/skill (SOO, promoter, shops front liner) and propose improvement plan. Do market visit regularly to understand market situation/competition and check the implementation of the training material in real work (shop). Requirements: Bachelor Degree from Engineering, Marketing or Business Management. Have experience minimum 2 years in training especially of mobile phone product. Preferred have experience working as sales or marketing team of FMCG or Telco Industry. Have experience minimum 1 year in selling skill and motivation of sales team. Have good interpersonal skill and fast learner of new work environment. Have good presentation and facilitation of training. Have experience in evaluation team performance. Branding & Shop Display Officer

Main Responsibilities: Develop and build brand shop as per Huawei guidance and plan of area sales team. Develop branding activities program (together with area sales team) where Huawei device product exist i.e. mobile mall, and retailers outlet. Provide shop display material i.e table and shop display unit to support the retailer requirement as per agreed plan of each area team. All of the activities execute by the agencies (national or local) after selection process by Huawei procurement team. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Design or Architect. Have experiences minimum 2 years in area of retail marketing job especially for branding and shop display. Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage. UC&C Engineer
Main Responsibilities: Responsible for technical support of project delivery, network maintenance, technical training for customer & subcon. Responsible for pre-sales support and POC testing. Requirements: Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in the Telecommunications or related field of studies with at least 3+ years of technical support experience in the UC&C (UC, IPCC, Video Conference, Telepresence, Video Surveillance) Products, and/or IP (Routers, Switches, Transmission, Access and Security) and/or IT (Cloud computing, storage, servers and data center). Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Be able to manage projects independently. Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of UC&C: UC, IPCC, Video Conference, Video Surveillance. It is an advantage if the candidate has knowledge and hands on experience of IP: LAN, WAN technologies, routing protocols, WiFi, load-balancing, VoIP, transmission etc. Network security knowledge such as firewall, IPSec, VPN solutions etc. Knowledge of advance networking technologies such as MPLS. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for project delivery and implementation. Responsible for project quality control and cost control. Responsible for customer satisfaction of project. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in the Telecommunication or related field of studies with at least +3 years of project management experience in ICT industries. Know IP (Routers, Switches, Transmission, Access and Security) and/or IT (Cloud computing, storage, servers and data center) and/or UC&C (UC, IPCC, Video Conference, Telepresence, Video Surveillance) products. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Be able to manage projects independently. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in ONE of following areas: 1. Have BTS/Node B/BSC/RNC/Microwave equipments knowledge (preferable from product engineering dept) will be prioritized

Spare Parts Inventory Management

Main Responsibilities: To manage spare parts SPMS service inventory Ensure stock accuracy above 99.5% Conduct and arrange stock taking activities and monitor LSP implement stock taking 100% then release stock taking report routine Investigate and adjust inventory discrepancy Monitoring all inbound/outbound to make sure these operations correctly without inventory discrepancy made Do stock comparison by system data in weekly basis Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Statistic, Mathematics, and any related major with minimum GPA 3.00 Spare parts operation experience or supply chain management experience in telecommunication field. Administration Specialist
Main Responsibilities: In charge of the Secretarial Job which specific related to the projects. Responsible for Project Documentation, such as preparing Technical Documents, Site Folder, etc.

Assisting to Project Manager in any project meetings, and in charge of the Minutes of Meeting (MoM). Registering the Acceptance Certificate from Customer in the EPMS. Issuing the Purchase Request (PR) and ensure the content of the PR is correct, complete, based on the Sales Requirements and already registered in the EPMS before pass the original PR to Verification Specialist (VS), etc. Maintain Project Database for each site updated status and Certificates. Continuously update the database after PR Issuance. Report collection, reporting preparation, shipment requestor, project insurance.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in IT Engineering. Have at least 1 year experience in administration or related position. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must. Proficient in MS Office applications.
