E-mail Proposal To: dean@franklin.edu From: chandanakarlapudy@gmail.com Cc: james.sims@franklin.edu Sub: Proposal to add a new program (TIME MANAGEMENT) in the core curriculum

Dear Sir, Im writing this in regarding a program to be added in our core curriculum in our school. I believe that the suggesting program is proper and consistent with the curriculum. The outline of the proposed program is given below: This program helps the students to make the best use of time. Effective, time management is the key to a better world, whereas mismanagement has been squandering the wellbeing. Great planning, setting goals and objectives, setting the deadline, allocating the responsibilities, prioritizing and spending the right time on the right things is the agenda for Time Management. It helps to build a foundation of time management skills necessary for success in the society. Throughout the program, the students learn to enhance their business knowledge and skills they need in their everyday lives. It will alleviate their decision making skills on time which helps them in future studies/Career opportunities/ Business. This program also provides the students

to develop and apply entrepreneurial skills. Doing things with dedication and commitment is visible in the students. Distractions can be reduced, and it improves the quality of life. Procrastination can be avoided due to the last minute works.

In order to improve, a structured workbook with harder calculations and timed exercises need to be given in the program. Students need to complete many questions in their exams, so the time management helps to improve the attitude of learning in time. The students complete their tasks promptly and are aggressive with outstanding focus and organization skills. The students will accomplish their tasks within the time frame and are always the Centre of attention for the people. They would be able to understand the difference between urgent and important work and are recognized as task oriented. When time management has been transpired with selfdiscipline the goals we pursue seems inspiring and interesting and produces unexceptional results. Conversely, too much of anything is bad. In order to increase the efficiency, it is important to balance the tasks, when you take the practice to extremes with no balance it alleviates the stress and leads to chaos. We need to develop a lot of patience to master this skill and achieve desired results. Please let me know your response for the proposal. Sincerely, Deva.

Analytical Report

Professional Engineers in the private sector were the big winners with highest paid salaries from years due to the continuing leverage of excellence and demand of the latest technology. The fresh graduates in the relevant field or the senior professionals carrying more years of experience are enjoying the largest increase in their salaries.

The findings indicate that the salaries of the engineering department were higher than the marketing department. Even though the marketing department is considered valuable, the comparison of salaries between both of them may not be appropriate. Marketing and

Engineering are completely two different worlds, where Engineering is technical and related to commands and truth and marketing is social and about convincing people arousing their interests and emotions.

Executive Summary: The Survey shows the employment statistics of the engineering department and marketing department and conditions that govern them with the aim of examining if any comparison can be drawn.

Do the Engineering and Marketing department be given same salary? Engineering Marketing department favorable Department Unfavorable

Will freezing the salary rise for Engineering department solve the situation? Engineering Department Unfavorable Marketing department favorable

Do Engineering Department and Marketing Department look-alike in terms of work? Engineering Department unfavorable MarketingDepartment Neutral

Technology is the key factor for effective marketing. The Engineering Department and Marketing Department can employ shared goals and ethics, deep collaboration and a common business language so that it can break down the silos and conquer the world of consumerisation. Both the teams must be ensured the benefits as they show their relentless effort in their own pace.
