Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Master of Business Administration in Finance and Master of Business Administration in Marketing all awarded by the Bahria University, Karachi, Pakistan: In order to determine the potential to award you prior learning credits we have reviewed the information you have submitted and identified that we require further information. This is because we have not previously reviewed this qualification to determine how closely it matches the nearest CII examination units. Please be advised that in line with other professional bodies, academic qualifications (e.g. university degrees, HNDs etc) completed more than 10 years ago will not be considered for Recognition of Prior Learning. The next phase requires a mapping exercise of the learning outcomes and assessment, which will be undertaken by CIIs team of accreditation assessors. The accreditation assessor will use the material you provide to compare with all exam units currently within the CII qualification framework. The review will identify: 1. the scope and technical level of the learning and; 2. the standard, scope and rigour of the assessment. I have detailed the information we require on the attached checklist. Please do not send reading lists or information that is not requested (e.g. prospectus) as this would not help us with the review. You will need to complete a Recognition of Prior Learning form (PDF format), which is available from our website via the following link: www.cii.co.uk/prior-learning. It is important that you provide the full material we request as to be awarded credits the reviewer will need to see evidence that all the standards are met. It will assist us to complete the review within our target timeframe if you are able send us all the information at the same time. Eligibility decision We will base our decision on your eligibility to an award on the information that you submit in response to this letter. This decision will be final so subsequent information will not be considered once the accreditation review is complete. You cannot reapply for an award for the same qualification or examination modules. Timeframe We will hold your application open for a period of 6 months from the date that we receive your application form.
