The salon is located in the center of the space and works as an anchor for the rest of the store. The color scheme features a mixture of subtle and bold, creating an environment of vibrant sophistication that will suit a variety of target ages. The curvilinear shape of the fixtures provides a flowing energy throughout the space that resembles the natural beauty of a galaxy.

A super nova is a powerful cosmic event in which a star is at its most beautiful point. Like this amazing natural occurrence, Nova aims to help each customer feel like they are at their most beautiful point by providing a multitude of tools, the latest products, and services. This space is designed to ensure that customers with varying accessibility needs can quickly and easily locate, purchase, and order products. The tasteful color scheme along with accent lighting and graphic walls create an enjoyable cosmic experience for our customers. As a company, Nova believes that there are three main components in a successful business: atmosphere, customer service, and accessibility.

Customer Service

The salon offers product demonstrations to show customers how to use each product to create the look that is best for special events like appointments, show choir, or prom. Our user friendly app allows customers to select products at home or in the store to speed up the purchasing process. In store devices allow customers to easily order items that may be out of stock and to give customers a look at different ways to use each product.

Accessibility

There is a clear traffic path throughout the space that provides an easily accessible route throughout the store. Knowledgeable staff are always ready to offer information about the latest beauty trends and give advice and tips for each individual customer. Each section is branded with an accent color, allowing customers to easily find what they need.

Technology has begun to change those everyday tasks into more hassle-free experiences. At Nova we have incorporated technology into our brand to make the task of purchasing those necessary beauty products easier for the woman on the go. With the Nova application, customers can order products they need from home and they will be ready for pick up from the store at the customers convenience.
