Resident Friend Sought Friends Meeting at Cambridge (MA) seeks a gifted Friend (or couple to share position) to serve in residence for 36 years. Through an extensive discernment process, our large (400 members, 150+ at worship), unprogrammed urban Meeting finds that we are a thriving, vibrant spiritual community, yet we wish to improve our ability to attract and integrate young people and young families, welcome a greater diversity of class and race, and be an institution in which one could count on effective task completion and thorough communication.
