CLBP CLP-310 series ALL Hollow character error in CLP-310 series

It was happened to red color hollow character on the printed copy.

Cause

case 1. Transmission condition is not suitable. case 2. It happened hollow character because of difference of ITB material.

Solution :

1. Upgrade F/W and TRC table, Install the latest Drive in web site. 2. If it does not solve this problem by solution NO.1 , Change ITB which has been manufactured since Aug. 2008.

Regulation : 1. It is necessary to Forward to call center, use it as a call guide. 2. B/S service have to be confirmed from HQ, first.
