machineries and equipments in the plant to increase machine up time/ reliability.

 Installation, Calibration & testing of control valves, Pressure/Flow transmitters.

Installation & Commissioning
 Individually Commissioned the Automated Shrink Wrapping Machine from one plant unit to another
plant unit on war basis.
 Individually Convert temperature loop to fiber optic thermometer from thermocouple in µXL DCS
panel.
Significant Contributions:
 Resolved the problem of furnace pressure, by concluding the problem of input card in
DCS-µXL(Yokogawa).
 Developed & implement the effective and efficient alarming loop in lehr control panel in running
lehr condition.
 Design & Implement the logic for prevention of PLC o/p card burnt frequently, after this no o/p
card gets burn in Automated shrink wrapping M/c.
 Solved the problem of frequent inverter (Reliance Electric- SP500) tripping by making necessary
modification in control circuitry .
 Solved the problems related to stacker operation, it was not working perfectly in Euro shorting
mode so by necessary modification in circuitry.
 Installed VFD’s in blowers & which can give a good amount of KWH saving.
 Reconditioned 2 nos. of Logicon make “Automated shrink Wrapping Machine” for smooth operation.
 Awarded Above Target (AT) for the financial year 2007-2008.
 Made 6 kaizens in the plant for minimizing breakdowns & process betterment (3 individual & 3 in
groups).
 Manage efficiently a team of 10 Members.

PROJECT UNDERTAKEN

 Reconditioned 2 no. of automatic shrink wrapping m/c during Shutdown of 75 TPD.


 Microcontroller (PB89C51) based “Automated Filling Conveyor System” with VB interfacing at Leons
Integrations –Baroda. (Final Year major project)

 Vocational Training at Indian Farmers Fertilizers Cooperative Ltd (IFFCO), Kalol Unit (4 Months).
