Start up healthcare division of a $700M company. Clients are GPO’s, IDN’s, Medical Device companies, Health
Systems and hospitals. Helped developed and implemented inventory data and management systems along with
cutting edge technology to improve productivity. Currently at 150% of plan and leader in the company.
Regional VP of Sales and Business Development, Calirida (spin off of Tri anim) 2009 to 2012
$34M medical devices, instruments and Informatics Technology Company. Manage sales force of 21 and
marketing team of 8. Implemented key performance matrix criteria for sales organization. Rainmaker for spin off
organization that led to high growth and increased revenues. Opened new markets while strategically branding
our product offerings. Directed growth for industry newcomer and building GPO and IDN relationships in the
hospital/healthcare market. Quickly developed revenue stream and long term strategy for sustained growth in
revenue and EBITDA.
Regional Sales Manager, Tri-anim 2006 to 2009
$285M medical device and technology manufacturer. Recruited to grow sales team from three to twelve reps,
directing training, account development and sales initiatives. Tasked to develop and implement key performance
matrix and initiatives to be used with sales organization. Negotiated contracts through relationships in the
GPO/IDN market.
Led region to number one ranking, increasing annual revenue 8% prior to sale of company.
Had 3 reps in the top 10 of the company.
Managed $20M budget. Tasked to develop and implement key performance matrix and initiatives to be
used with sales organization. Grew to become the leader in the hospital market segment.
Regional Sales Manager, RS Medical 1998 to 2006
$200M medical device, capital equipment and technology manufacturer. Managed $20M region and 17 reps. .
Part of a team to help initiate key performance matrices for improvement of the sales force.
Expanded early stage private company from three sales reps to 27 in region.
Accelerated growth plan to boost company revenue from $13M to $200M in 8 years.
Drove 9% average YOY growth, opening new markets in Puerto Rico.
Had 3 reps in the top 15 companywide and region was highly ranked for my tenure. Part of a team to
help initiate key performance matrices for improvement of the sales force.
VP of Sales and Marketing, Health Technologies 1996 to 1998
$6M medical device, capital equipment and technology Startup Company. Directed staffing and training,
managing 35 sales personnel. Built entire sales team and model from the ground up. Forged key vendor and
client relationships, developing sales and marketing tools, platforms and strategies. Managed $6M budget with full
P&L responsibility. Accelerated growth from 5 year plan to 2 ½ year plan for sale of company. Sold company.
Sale Representative/Regional Sales Representative, SpaceLabs 1992 to 1996
Sold capital equipment and systems to all areas and departments within hospitals. Built long term relationships to
increase business opportunities in all departments.
Finished 1993 ranked number 10 out of 220 reps. Won incentive trip to Hawaii
Finished 1994 ranked number 8 out of 223 reps. Won incentive trip to Tahiti.
Finished 1995 ranked number 11 out of 221 reps. Won incentive trip to Atlantis.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Delivered Explosive Growth. Recognized opportunities for RS Medical. Initiated growth plans, strategically
increasing number of reps and expanding territories. Grew sales force from three to 27 and increased revenue
239%, driving sales from $2M to $15M.

Turned Around Declining Sales and Profits. Tri-anim sales were down 10%. After joining company,
established ambitious goals, expanding team from three to twelve. Propelled territory to #1 of 10, boosted
revenue 26%, profits 28% and market share 7%, growing sales $17M.

Prepared Company for Acquisition. Health Technologies wished to attract a buyer, but lacked sales structure
for growth. Developed entire sales process including lead generation, contracts, strategic marketing, software
initiatives, staffing and training, and compensation plans. Increased revenue to $6M, enabling lucrative sale.

Opened Global Markets. Saw chance to expand RS Medical outside US. Assessed options, targeting
underserved market. Forged relationships, expanding into Puerto Rico.

Mentored Struggling Sales Rep. Tri-anim rep was failing to meet goals. Established performance plan and
joined rep on sales calls. Coached her to fifth place out of 20 in the company with personal sales of $2M.
