VICTOR ASAI, of hereby appointed as Tribal Ambassador for Good Will of Japan and U.S.A./ Consultant for Financial and Economic Affairs by the Mindanao Tribal for Self-Determination and Empowerment (MTG-SDE)- a cultural group of Mindanao tribal people: Muslims, Christians and Lumads, operating thru the enactment of PD. 410- R.A. 8371 otherwise known as People Right Act of 1997- hereby solemnly swears to faithfully discharge to the best of my ability; the duties and functions of my present position in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; that I support and defend the Constitution of the Philippines; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same to obey the laws, legal orders and decrees, promulgated by the duly constituted authorities of the Republic of the Philippines, and that I will impose this obligation upon myself, voluntarily, without mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
