Trainee Engineer CITY FORT ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC. (March 2013 to till)
Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and supervising all aspects of operation in the HVAC construction activities and planning the work for day to day activities and execute the work as per construction schedule. Coordination with all site personnel for day-to-day requirements and cost effective utilization of all resources. Handling in Team of 25-30 peoples. Coordinating with concern client at the Project & ensure the availability Selection of HVAC units and procurement of units Floating enquiries to suppliers Comparison studies based on supplier quotation. Negotiation with suppliers on both technical and commercial and commercial of product. Coordinated with subcontractors & suppliers. Undertaking erection & testing of A/C, installation, ducting & pipe lines as per approved drawings. Meeting /corresponding with client/consultant for development of good business relation at the site Responsible for full study and Execution of HVAC Drawing. Responsible for witnessing, Inspecting all ductwork and HVAC equipment installation To check whether Installation is as per applicable drawings and specifications. Co-ordination with clients for AMC maintenance, repairs and trouble shooting of air conditioning equipments like package , ducted split units , Chilled water(FCU, AHU, FAHU)
