Measurement Unit- Assessment Rubrics 1- Student does not My Height Record Sheet sound spell any words Sound

Spelling- Lesson 1 to describe their and 2 pictures. 1- Student cannot find something taller and shorter than them. 1- Student is unable to put information into sentence frame and uses incorrect length attribute. 1- Student is unable to draw a worm shorter and longer than the pictured worm. 1- Student is unable to put any pictures in order of height/size. 1- Student is unable to measure flower, record it, and write if a friends flower is taller, shorter, or the same height as theirs. 1- Student is unable to use complete sentences and/or compare their flower to another. 1- Student is unable to draw a flower shorter and longer than the pictured flower. 1- Student is unable to successfullly use words to compare objects according to length, height, or size. 1- Student is unable to successfully put objects in order by length or height.

2- Student can sound spell one item that describes their picture. 2- Student can correctly find 1 onject taller or shorter than them. 2- Students are able to put most of the information in the sentence frames. Students need prompting to put into sentence frame. 2- Student is able to produces one worm that is correctly shorter than or longer than the pictured worm. 2- Student is able to put some/most pictures in order by height/size. 2. The students is able to do a portion of the task, but is unable to complete a section. 2- Student is able to share about their flower and/or compare their height without using complete sentences. 2- Student is able to produces one flowerthat is correctly shorter than or longer than the pictured flower. 2- Student is able to use some words to compare objects but not in complete sentences. 2- Student is able to sometimes put objects in order by using measurable attributes.
