Having been born a man & now a woman after my operation 9 years ago, I"ve already been on one thrilling adventure. One that has unlocked all of who I am, intellectually, sexually, creatively, spiritually & philosophically. A personality whose enthusiasm fires an innate curiosity. I am that difference that offers unique insights & new fascinating stories. So am now keen to be both in front of Camera, behind Camera, all the more in the flesh, collaborating with inspiringly talented minds on fresh creative projects. Utilising all the knowledge & skills I"ve picked up over the years, but more importantly Drawing out all the wisdom held in others. Looking at getting creatively "GINGER", along with a fair bit of yummy CAKE, coming from those Senior Roles on the technical side of High-End VFX & Post for the Worlds Film & TV Industries. Wishing to return to study Theatre, Screen, Music, Dance, Multidisciplinary Performance and Production, as an aspiring Artist, Writer, Director & Producer. Then re-trained in Camera at Panavision, NTFS, BKSTS... My Four biggest achievements being, my three wonderful children, turning around an Animation for the BBC that saw it going to the British Animation Awards, working on a Major Animated Feature in China the other year & wining a BFI submission for my writing in 2009 (despite Autism & Dyslexia).

A beautifully intimate story of a young girl coming to terms with a new life in a new country. With so much love care and humanity around her. In many ways over protected due the life she was plucked from. Home schooled, kept safe by wealthy adopted parents until her teenage years. Then, then faced with making her way like any other teenage girl, starting a new exciting chapter at a private school. She ends up being drawn to the kids that live on the local council estate and bunk off into her schools grounds. She starts growing into a young

woman fast. From knowhere an inner struggle starts to take hold, more so than most her age, more so for something quite remarkble thats about to change all there lives. (My impetus is in bringing such things, the UN and organisations such as UNICEF are having to tackle that much more closer to home)

November 2013 - Present (6 months) An innovative awareness & educational, workshop pilot project. Revolving around perceptions of difference in relationships. Gender, Sexuality and Aspergers (in my case). Types of disability, perceived disability v"s difference, vs a gift, v"s the actual core human being, one might say "Goddess" within us all. The timeless nature of that, how somthing personal and intimate can hold bigger insights, pose bigger questions. Utilising improvised Theatrical based performance, Narrative Filming and Documentary Filming. Once proven and refined it then has the potentail to create a full workshop programme. Then a full length play, film and documentary off the back of that programme. More information, concept and a proposal up soon. In many ways what I"m looking at doing is inspired by an parrelles a project Alan Yetob did a documentary on for the BBC Imagine series "Theatre of War, which was workshopped and turned into a stage play and also filmed as part of "http://thespace.org -/" Giveing it a wider context, a more personal and intimate root into bigger global issues relating to Gender Equality in all it"s forms.

With thoughts of my children and my childhood playing on my mind. The little autistic world I used to live in as a child, colliding with my very real past and very real present. Just the inital brush-stroke and I"d love help to develop it further into a full TV series, stage play, a film, a musical, animation or mixed media. Whatever might suit it best, however I"m drawn to the real, real actors doing real things and possibly puppets. The the rough overall idea is within the synopsis, but it"s open to suggestions, colaborative input.

January 2012 - Present (6 years 4 months) Thriller / Psycological Drama Semi-Autobiographical - Screenplay, Play and Novel - In Development After falling into a secret world behind many peoples seemingly ordinary lives, quite by accident. It became in effect five years of method acting. Becoming characters, drawn from facets within me, facets of observation & facets of my imagination to survive. To dig deeper. Uncovering all the more worrying truths about taboo, vulnerability, control & abuse. The corrupted concepts of love, care & loyalty. Almost loosing my very sanity in the process. The all too common & acceptable face of organized psychological & sexual abuse, that runs into the foundations of the establishment it"s self. My difference giving me all the more insight, due to the overwhelming assumption that a person who is Trans must be the same, must be a deviant, must be a sex worker, must be mentally ill, or vulnerable, actually more so for my autism. Desperation, desperation is about challanging it all. What would you do, just how far would you go for love, for obessession? An obsession more compelling, more consuming than the most addictive drug. An adventure so hyper real it"s like your within the most envigorating movie. Living breathing, touching, feeling every moment on the very edge. In a glourous techicolour thats beyond your wildest sense, beyond senses you never even new you possesed. Then just how far would you go to protect those you love & who"s love is the most important if you had to make the most desperate of choices? January 2010 - Present (6 years 4 months) Dance - Fantasy/Psychological Horror Live Performance - Film/3DVFX/Multimedia Technology (Concept in Development) This is developing into something all the more exciting, after exploring the concept. It came from the 2009 BFI submission "Behind the Dancer" it then lead into "Desperation". Due to my background in Visual Effects & Technology, Robotics, 3D Projection, combined with my love of Dance & Live music. I want to take those worlds inside computers, high end Visual, Specail Effects and Video Games and make them real in very clever ways. Inspired by taking my eldest son 19 and my youngest 10, both avid gamers, to the theatre, live performance and Ballet, us all thinking we could make something so much more exciting and fresh with help, money & a tops team. Been far too skint for far too long, it's being Ginger for ya! Yet seriously being transsexual, etc, one tends to get humoured a fair bit. Given the resources, tops pro kit & tops team I could easily produce, direct music promo's, films, advertising & the music & production audio it's self. I started out on a High End post finishing system, with surround sound, working closely with the pro-tools guys in the next office at the time when at Pinewood. Not forgetting having talks at BAFTA with an award wining DP & some crew in 2012, with so many more contacts via linked-in, I have a pool of people I can knock already given a budget & a role where I'm just chucked in at the deep end. I was part of senior management team providing consultancy, analysis, guidance and support for the completion of 3D CGI & Stereoscopic, Animated Feature Film, "Save the 365th Day", for ECCG Animation Studios. My primary role was analysis of existing production systems, new systems and pipeline, making appropriate recommendations and improvements as expediently as possible to facilitate efficient and effective creative work-flows, staff relationships/team building between the existing studio team and the new finishing team. Which involved reporting my findings and putting forward a business case for implementation. Working with staff and training in more efficient methods irrespective of a language barrier, as well as working in a hands on way to show leadership in regards to challenges being faced under tight deadlines.

I was asked to be taken on permanently but declined, as was not demanding enough & wished to pursue feature film VFX roles or stay at home with my children. Ultimately deciding to stay home after having our third child.

It included a 200 CPU+ Render Farm, 2 Flames, 1 Backdraft, 2 Henrys, Quantel Hals & Paintboxes including Q Generation, VizRT (Real-time 3D), Many XSI/Maya seats, 3DS Max seats, AutoCAD seats, PC based RT Video systems & Spec Servers, e.g IBM Blade. Sourcing and long term planing attending IBC etc as a purchaser. Co-coordinating and managing projects with internal departments & external vendors/contractors.

My extensive work saw the BBC funding re-voicing by James Nesbit and Alan Ford. I also directed James Nesbit. Selected for the British Animation Awards. The huge turnaround was also featured in Avid Magazine (global), in other press & magazines at the time.
