At that time there was several competitors like Pran, Danish, She an, slice etc. in the market. !ut because o" some uncertain circumstances star ship juice lose its market share and are not available in the #arket right now. $e are tr%ing to make new marketing plan on star ship juice with new brand name star ship premium. &ow we are providing '00( juice "or the "irst time in the market. $e are setting a higher price that is price skimming. Predicting the overall geographical potentialit% we emphasi ed on those areas where there is more bu%ing power )initiall% Dhaka and *hittagong+. $e discussed about the strength, weakness, opportunit% and threat. ,n the marketing objectives we have determined our planning "or the ne-t three %ears and the overall marketing strateg% is based on the marketing objectives. ,n the detail marketing action we have discussed in detail about overall marketing plan. .his detail marketing action is the essence o" overall marketing strateg%. ,n our assignment there is interrelation among di""erent parts. /or e-ample considering the previous background we determined our objectives and overall marketing strateg% is totall% based upon the objectives. And on the basis o" strateg% we set our detail marketing action. /inall%, we have used some data based on assumption. !ut we have tried to make our assumption more realistic.
