Hi, we are students from DSIMS, and we are here to discuss a wonderful proposal.

Our College is organizing Touge 2013 on 22nd & 23rd February 2013, the premier event in marketing academia of the country. Touge 2013 will be a confluence of the best fresh talent in Marketing domain, seasoned industry professionals and academicians from B-Schools across India. This name has been given because of the theme of our event. Our theme is Tradigital; it emphasizes on the traditional and digital approach to marketing and communications. Touge is a Japanese name which means a thin line between 2 mountains. We want to showcase that there is a very thin line between traditional and digital marketing. It will be a wonderful opportunity for your company to associate with us; as it would increase your brand value and image amongst the different experts from the Marketing and communications domain, and students from different B-schools. Your association with our event as print media partner will be a win-win situation for both of us.

1) What We Offer To Radio Partner:


We will be directly meeting management students and academicians from 50+ business schools in the city. Another 100+ B-schools across country will receive direct emails from our side for the conclave. We also have an active online and offline campaign plan. We are targeting more than 100 senior industry professionals from the marketing domain. This is to enroll them as judges or as participants for the program. This audience comprising of B-school students, academicians and corporate professionals is the direct market for Radio partner. We can mutually decide on ways to create maximum benefit for Radio Partner.

Outdoor Promotions: We have rights for setting up the hoardings at 4 strategic locations in the city of Mumbai; where your organizations name would be mentioned as Radio Partner. Also we would be partnering with Newspapers for the promotion of the event where your name can be printed as Radio partners in the advertisements. Access to Professionals: Touge 2013 will be attended by glitterati of professionals CEOs, Heads of marketing service providers and Heads of advertising and communications, etc. Branding: The information regarding the event will be sent to almost all professionals in marketing and communications domain in the country. Also your

RJs can attend the event for promotions during the fillers*. Also one standee can be displayed at the event. Logos on collaterals: We would be printing the logo of your company on all the brochures, invitations, passes, webpage; social media and on the backdrop. Announcements: During the start, lunch and closing of the event we would be announcing the name of the Radio Partner. Along with these advantages, other branding opportunities at the event will make the proposal very beneficial for the radio partner.

Pre-event coverage: Radio partners to announce on air about our event Duration: Promotions should start 10 days prior to the event 300 seconds per day 12th Feb 2013 to 21st Feb 2013 Event coverage: Based on the mutual agreed format, radio partner should announce, highlight and promote the program content Duration: 300 seconds per day - 22nd Feb 2013 to 23rd Feb 2013
