WEB FEATURE MATRIX

Client Overview
The Web Feature Matrix lists options and features available through the Web Server, and it shows which Web Client types support each feature. The Web Server offers the following Web Client types: ActiveX Web Client HTML Web Client (enhanced mode), which uses minimal ActiveX controls HTML Web Client (standard mode), which uses no ActiveX controls and is supported across multiple platforms Java Web Client, which also uses no ActiveX controls and is supported across multiple platforms For more information about each Web Client type, see the Web Client Types topic in the Exposure chapter of the Web Server module reference guide. The Web Feature Matrix also lists the options and features that are available in the Unity Client. The OnBase Unity Client is a next-generation OnBase client that communicates with the Application Server. Unlike the Web Servers applications, the Unity Client does not use the Web Servers virtual directory. Instead, it can be deployed to client workstations using Microsofts ClickOnce technology or the Hyland Unity Client installer (MSI). Using ClickOnce, the Unity Client can be deployed from a Web site or a network share.
