In todays society if you arent attracted to the opposite sex then you are considered a disgusting person. There are many people in this world that are in the LGBTIQ community, there is even a day to celebrate it every year. No one really takes it serious because they dont look at them as if they are people, they dont exist to people. Its at the point where gays cant even collect their loved one pension if they was to do because they arent considered an actual couple. Many people believe that the LGBTIQ community should not have the same right as everyone else. Personally I dont think that is fair mainly because they should have a choice its their life and no one elses. It shouldnt matter who they love in their private time. Since the LGBTIQ community isnt looked upon as actual people children and adult are paying the price in school, the public, and their love life. I just want people to realize just because someone is different on the inside doesnt mean that they are a bad person. There is nothing wrong with them having the same rights as everyone else. I want to show how peoples have to live their lives and hide who they are because the world they live in is judgmental.

A Boy Who Was A Girl Fell in Love With A Girl Who Was A Boy. YouTube. 09 Oct. 2013. Web. (24 Mar. 2014). This video what about two teens Erin and Katie who are a couple and they are both transgender. They talk about what it was like growing up and how they thought something was wrong with them. They knew they didnt fit in and they couldnt take it anymore they both wanted a change and couldnt wait for it to happen. There were times when they was going to commit suicide because they just felt so out of place. Erin and Katie both said they were bullied and Erin was even kicked out of school. By them talking about school I can show how schools handle weird situations like theirs. Morris E. Charles, John M. Sloop. What Lips These Lips Have Kissed: Reguring the Politics of Queer Public Kissing. Mar. 2006. Web. (24 Mar. 2014). This article basically talks about how man on man kissing is basically making the world a queer world. When there is guys kissing on each other in public its just a disgusting sight and it shouldnt be happening. Even though there are gays everywhere seeing them show affection publicly is a terrible sight to see. I would just use this article to show how gays cant even be themselves in public like they want to because they are constantly being judged. My Life in Pink, Dir. Alain Berliner, 1997. Film Ludovic is a small boy who cross-dresses and generally acts like a girl, talks of marrying his neighbor's son. He cannot understand why everyone is so surprised about it. His actions lead to problems for him and his family. In one part of the movie he get kicked out of school because he was causing too much problems and parents had signed a petition to get him out. This film can help me show how he was treated in school and how he was bullied becaue of it.

Henry 3 Nichols, James. Lady Gaga Defends Her Bisexuality, Says It's 'Not A Lie'. Huffington Post. 01 Nov. 2013. Web. (24 Mar. 2014). Lady GaGa defends bisexuality by saying she has been open about who she is since the beginning of her career. She says that she has dabbled in the ladies area and isnt ashamed of it she know who she is and doesnt have to prove herself to anyone, she even talks about how her song Poker Face is about her bisexuality. This helps me show how the world should mind their business and worry about themselves. How there is nothing wrong with being a bisexual and liking the same sex. Perez, Evan. U.S. expands legal benefits, services for same-sex marriages. CNN. 10 Feb. 2014. Web. (24 Mar. 2014). The U.S. government expanded recognition of same-sex marriages in federal legal matters, including bankruptcies, prison visits and survivor benefits. In the past, the U.S. government could challenge the couple's joint bankruptcy because Alabama doesn't recognize same-sex marriage.i would use this article to show how the world is changing, it is taking time but change is happening. Satrapi, Marjane. Persepolis 2: The Story of A Return. New York: Pantheon, 2004. Print. In the book Marjane moves to Vienna to have a new life but she had a lot of hardships throughout the years. There was a time when she had to live with eight men which were all homosexuals. They lived in a communal apartment and she could only stay for four months. She was very comfortable living with them they were nice people. In this part of the book it just shows that homosexuals are normal people and that there is nothing wrong with them. This helps me show how everyone is the same and that it is possible living with people of different interests. .
