PUT THEORY - "put" down :) July 18, 2010 at 10:57pm PUT THEORY Take for consideration an object in someone's

hand. For this instance, let us ta ke a pencil (you may consider any other object of your choice). Now assume (you can act this out, if it would make it simpler) that you place it on a table in a certain fashion. Consider this. 1) The pencil is placed in the fashion that it is because a person put it there in such a fashion - intentionally. Even if not with certain intention, he had to anyway make a choice between certain fashions and he chose that one. 2) The pencil is there because it has been placed there, for which to happen it would have had to be moved there from an earlier position elsewhere. Prior to it being placed elsewhere, then or before that, it had to exist to start with. 3) Somebody/Something/X placed it there. Somebody indicating an "intelligent bei ng", Something indicating a "non-intelligent" higher entity of some sort and X, an indication of any being or entity apart from the previous two. It goes withou t saying that this being entity has powers higher than the pencil's powers of mo vement. From 1) and 2), we can deduce that it was placed there intentionally, an act whi ch would have had to be done with some intelligence (in order for the being/enti ty to make a certain decision), ruling out the possibilty of Something or X. So, therefore, it is done by an intelligent being. Now, apply this same understanding of things to the things that exist around us. They are there because they were either moved from another place or were made t o be and then put there - in that fashion - by an intelligent being. For them to be moved around they would have to exist, if not as a whole, then in the number of raw elements that went into the making of them, which once traced needed to exist in the first place. This would have to be done by a higher power than them . On a sidenote, let us take cognizance of the fact that apart from intelligent be ings moving things around and creating things, there also systems. These systems function on a set of rules that are also intelligent decisions in making which only can be done by an intelligent being, just like winds that blow from high pr essure to low pressure and not otherwise and the like. Our deduction so far is that everything that exists is either because it was mov ed there from another place or was made to exist by a system or an intelligent b eing. The intelligent being, logically, has to be bigger and better than it's creation for it to be able to create it as well. Now about the intelligent being. While we have spoken of its capabilities, we ha ve not yet spoken of its authority. This intelligent being could either be deleg ated authority or be in total authority. For it to be delegated authority, it wo uld have to have another intelligent being above it - more intelligent than it, which delegated it it's authority and ideally which also caused it to be that wa y. This being the case, it would have no more powers than it was given. The othe r probability is that it has supreme authority. Authority, supreme or delegated, has to come from one who has the authority above it. The only other way for sup reme authority to exist is for the intelligent being to be a supreme being which existed before all things in order to make it exist in the first place and assi gn it it's powers and capabilities - having the power and capabilities to do so

unlimitedly. Like an example of a boy making a model of a universe. When he places the differ ent planets in the model, he does so and it can only exist in such a way if he d oes it so. He literally holds the chances of the model being made in the manner it will be made in his hands. And he gives it the features and colours it will h ave eventually. He is not held back by anything but his own limitless capability to re-arrange the model and colour it as he pleases to make it look like how he wants to look and to make it do what he wants it to do. There is an idea of multiple supreme beings who are at war with each other and s uch. This does not hold good because the supreme beings against each other would also have limited powers, if this was indeed the case. They would have to, then , have a supreme power above them. They, therefore, cannot be multiple supreme b eings at war being at war with each other. If they had limitless powers and were at war, all but one would be left, in all probability. The notion, however, tha t multiple supreme beings can be one with each other in spirit and all have limi tless power is quite possible by the very same logic. The fact the beings have supreme power and are before all things means they alwa ys existed. This is but a natural deduction of such any reasoning understanding of a God of any kind - the Uncaused Cause. Something had to, after all, cause ev erything else. It all leads to a beggining. And that beggining cannot be an enti ty with no intelligence because what has been caused is not a random series of o ccurences. It is a complete setup and system as we see. In any case, the chances of a particular occurences would have to be designed by a designer. A intellige nt being, yes. A Supreme being, yes, because He would have to have limitless pow er. One who put all else into place, in the manner that it He did, with such int ention. Now that we have come to deduce that this is an intelligent supreme being who is the Uncaused Cause, whoever or whatever that is, who very intentionally made ev erything (including you and me), either with particular intent or by default cho ice. Add to that either a knowledge of purpose or a sense of purpose in you and me - if you don't feel it, you don't. But you will probably find yourself not be ing able to help yourself to be a certain kind of person, regardless of whether you like it or not. It is most likely you will emerge from that battle on the si de of the former case. If this intelligent and supreme being did it (giving you purpose) by chance, He most probably did not intend for you a very purposeful person. If He did it with particular intent, He probably did. Either way, you are stuck with it. If you c an bring yourself to go against it after discovering it, a report of how you do will be interesting. I cross my fingers to the fact that I have this killing des ire to be someone I must and take my best bet thereof. I cannot choose any other , for the sake of my own soul. I can ofcourse use perception and say that all is what you make it but then I have not fared well with that. I would appreciate s omeone tell me if that really does work and how. Either way, I don't appreciate going around in circles. And if I am not stuck with purpose (a privilege I very much enjoy), I ought not try to do anything towards anything like it because the re should be no consciousness to start with.
