Summary: E-business, security and safe business operations via software, protection of computers and databases, of modern information technology, correlation of these concepts is obvious. It is not uncommon for the e-business in many companies to be strategically designed and positioned as a focal strategy of the company. This is a characteristic that in terms of the product itself, and in terms of sales (sales through the internet and so on.) And the buyer (significantly reduced time in the possession of a product, etc..). The technique of selling, of course, remains the same, changes have occurred in the approach to trade, in terms of speed performance sellers, reducing the risk (theft of goods, cash, perishability of goods, etc..), Sales efficiency, easier communication, and so on. In this paper is also tertian global trend of new security threats, many of which are at least indirectly related to the use or misuse of the PC and modern information technologies. Key words: E-marketing, security, protection, basis date.

1. INTRODUCTION With the advent of computer technology struggle for valid business information is multiplied and become imperative of corporate operations, with immense possibilities in terms of speed coming to it, and forwarding to end users. Thus, e-(electronic) business has become an indispensable segment of everyday life and in the world of business, profits and competitive bidding. All this has generated the need for adequate protection and skilful methods to arrive at important business information, and to prevent the outflow of information in unwanted directions, it means that protection of business information from competitors, hackers of various profiles and unserious managers. In this sense, the owners of large capital reacted and formed special teams of experts on security, which are not tied to these shareholders and are composed of top management corporation date. Evident is the fact that security, has long been established as a respectable scientific field. Sentence: "Security is ubiquitous category and is part of our closer and wider environment," featuring axiomatic accuracy and is as old as mankind. "Some people claim that the intelligence agency" is given by God "and that, therefore, people should serve it. Roger Hilsmen in his doctoral dissertation, which he defended the 1956th In the U.S., points out that the intelligence agency speaks and the Bible. That place in the Old Testament really is many interesting: it is almost now a modern way that formulates the task for informers who need to collect data on the opponent. (The Fourth Book of Moses, 13, 2-31) " 3, pp. 17 .

2. E-BUSINESS IS A REALITY Capital development of science and technology, as well as the obvious, socio-political, economic, cultural, sociological,.,. progress in the world, that instigated the progress and development of society as a whole. In this regard, significant progress has been reported in the area of technology and especially electronics. Furthermore, in the world of business on a global basis, are evident gigantic improvements related to electronic commerce, with the primary intention of faster, better and more profitable business. Electronic commerce on the Internet is moving from "Web site"-presentational character. The next stage is that e-business, buying and selling, then enriched by sharing information and growing into an intelligent e-business "end to end" business process. E-business mainly involves business on your PC, but further expansion of mobile phone more and more business transactions will be conducted through mobile phones. According to forecasts from Gartner Group, 2004. at least 40% the B2C e-commerce will be conducted through intelligent mobile phone, using the wireless application protocol (WAP Wireless Applikation Protocol) " 1, pp. 1 . The main and most significant access and quality of e-business represents the possibility by which the sales managers, at all timesand literally any place , undisturbed, they can use their computers and all the benefits computer as a "tool" offers, with the aim of performing a number of sales, but and business communications of all kinds. What is important for the holder of a computer (PC), especially in the aspect of a businessman (manager), is a high speed data processing (PC can not do certain transfer for 1/1 millionth of a second-op.a.), Large memory capacity in the software, among other things the possession of "secondary memory" (hundreds of billions of characters on a single CD-ROM-op.a.), the ability to create various documents, search web sites, development of different tables, maps, etc.. At the same time, with Internet connections, managers are in constant contact with top management, equity holders, databases etc.. This form of electronic communication , in the jargon of the business world, is recognizable by the cult label "24x7", which actually means that you can offer, sell, purchase, rent, and generally communicate, all day (24 h) and 7 days a week , ignoring the geographical distance between the seller and the potential buyer, or the participants in e-business in general. In this term the Internet is the proper name of global computer networks, and therefore it (name) must be written with a capital "I". Internet with a little "i" has a different meaning-means any local (internal) computer network 5 . Under the term e-business, we can say that, by itself, may be subsumed and business (commerce) on mobile phone-m-commerce also means it is a system of wireless communication, but in a "cheaper" version. As the main difference between e-commerce and m-commerce, there is only one, in a sense, speed of achievements of business communications in favor of m-commerce, especially suitable for short messages (voice, text), with the ultimate goal of expeditious action and more effective achievements of managers and business results. The evolution of banking has generated the emergence and inculcating the electronic money. "Electronic money is a specific monetary information that, through electronic impulses, in real-time transfers between trans factors who made a payment" 8, pp. 563 . Electronic money is an alternation of the original (almost) money, cash, with it to perform a variety of sales and trading operations, specifically through a computer, in the computer network (Internet) or business banking networks such as SWIFT. Credit cards as a means of E-banking has long come to life in practice, and in the early eighties of the last century, the territory of Europe, and therefore the former Yugoslavia has become a trend in terms of easier and faster turnover of financial capital, and soon became the prestige factor. For the purpose of more flexible and more secure payment method for many business people, credit cards were the indispensable mode of operation and a synonym for efficient operation in all parts of the economy. It is not a rare case, that the persons involved in the economic and business trends, were owners of several credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Visa, etc.). Allowing them businesslike market performance in the home country, but also abroad. Forced development of information technology has spawned a new value in the electronic exchange of data. Rapid electronic communications (satellite, GSM) opened up the possibility of exchanging data between current operations planners (operator) and operations, and also between all the participants in 733

each such position. All this has generated a need for a systematic approach to electronic data, which in turn, resulted in the emergence and inculcating the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system in practice (trade, industry, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing of medicines, health care in general, shipbuilding, road transport, public administration, etc. .) In practice, the recorded number of different definitions of EDI systems, from which most exploited is a following definition: "EDI is the exchange of structured business data between separate computer companies, performed without manual intervention, electronically, via standardized messages that replace traditional paper documents" 4, pp. 1 .

3. SAFETY IN THE LIGHT OF GLOBALISATION Security, in theoretical and practical terms, has evolved from beginnings in primitive society and its fundamental principle that such community is managed by somebody and that it be in a safe way, a scientific discipline with a multidisciplinary approach which incorporates knowledge and skills in multiple areas and disciplines with a focus on teamwork. In doing so Safety is the elimination of all activities and leaks that threaten the persons, public policy, objects or to provide space. Different entities and bodies are engaged in the protection of certain values and goods, and each of thease specific methods and measures (legislative activity, policy measures, repressive measuresetc..). Considering the protected interests and values, there are different types of security: personal safety, guaranteed by the Constitution and laws, which can be realized as personal rights and freedoms of citizens and their economic security, national security, the Constitution and the laws of certain goods and the value of public order, as and organs that carry out these tasks, road safety, in the air, the rivers and seas, laws and regulations define the rules that determine the behavior of traffic participants, organs that regulate and control the realization B, in these areas, security facilities, standards of competent authorities and bodies are prescribed basis, funds and forces that protect this object (factories, facilities, buildings, warehouses, commands) of all or certain types of threats, security areas, the law specified which part of the territory is of special social significance. Therefore, determining authorities whose duty it is to protect it (see the Forbidden Zone), and data security, laws and other general acts of particular data that are of particular public interest and therefore obliged the authorities to protect them (see Protected Data ) 2, pp. 25 . "More than 350 years ruled the relative predictability in international relations. It was crucially conditioned by the existence of the state as the main system, and long the only skeleton of world relations. From a few decades ago begun the process of "branching of global structure" how that correctly observes Rozenau, he introduced equally experts, politicians and the general public in a "schizophrenic" condition. The system of sovereign states (state centric world), namely, there is still forming a kind of "firstworld in the world." On the other hand, however, to the stage are comeing in the ever increasing role and tens of thousands of other new subjects factors of participating in an effort to reach the role and importance of the "players" (Brzezinski). Individuals, sub-national, supranational, transnational, multinational, global and other entities and factors are building on background of the unprecedented technological progress "another world in the world" (multicentric world), this time not only international, but rather global and global relations " 7, pp. 15 . Globalization in the political, economic, social and other sphere and various uncertainties in general, with increasing and visible competition, followed by the appearance and the presence of new security threats that "went hand in hand" with economic uncertainty and greatly were factors of disturbance to normal and safe living and working. These new threats (cyber-terrorism, organized crime, weapons of mass destruction, increased drug trafficking and human trafficking, environmental pollution, global warming) have highlighted the need for educated and capable security managers who would be engaged in large systems, but AND in all organizations with the task of primarily preventive measures, as well as all available legal methods, counteract these global threats and provide safe working conditions as well as to prevent and protect property from theft and various attacks, either external or internal. Thereby globalization is based on the values of the liberal-democratic model of the Western world-private ownership, individual freedoms and democracy, and its aim is to spread these values to all areas of the world and every sphere of human activity. The main integrating factors 734

are the expansion of free markets, the development of global communications and information technology and capital mobility in the material sphere 6, pp. 9 . Although it is difficult to anticipate the future, the intention of the prediction, as a task for managers of security, is possibly preparation of organization for the upcoming challenges. Such predictions need to be flexible and adaptable to the organization, in a fast and efficient way to adapt to changing global threats and protect against unpleasant and atypical events.

4. CONCLUSION E-commerce and security, and security e-commerce, the facts of this phrase and the concept are mutually intertwined and, above all, are Convergence and applied in practice, whether it comes to state institutions or business into a mega companies. So, there is no effective e-business without adequate security protection, or security activities expeditiously without electronic communication. Today it is almost inconceivable that in the sphere of marketing, business operations, etc.. carry in the briefcase large sums of money, that is., all major financial transactions are carried out electronically. Also, in modern business has been introduced a new quality in terms of EDI business operations, especially in big traffic-transportation companies where the crucial efficient and effective communication at a distance, and "paperless". Global progress has spawned a global crime, and new global threats associated with the virtual sphere and the media (cyber-crime, cyber-terrorism, etc..). So, on a global level, e-commerce and security are correlative segments, whose attributes are an integral part of life and business, but also postulate an adequate protection from malicious echelons of hackers, social engineering contractors, terrorists etc..
