Hawk jaw: WDI 100-10 torque wrench on site. Lamprell performed engineering survey for installation. Awaiting installation. Hydraulic torque wrench waiting on parts. Leaking main seal on ODS hydraulic cathead. Recieved spare seals. Will install while performing open hole logging. Multiple leaking or inoperable 6" valves in mud tanks. Spares on location. Will repair during rig move. 93 joints of Chevron 5" drillpipe being utilized by WDI. #15 Seal leaking & shaft misaligned causing vibration on Reserve pit #1, no spare parts. 64 During lifting gear oil barrel by crane I observed a person on the rig floor came in between the air winch and the load when they were putting it down. Trouble shooting LWD. Suspected problem with Radio Active Source. TIH to 3022m. HPJSM. Slip & cut 88' of drill line. Rig service - Change out TDS gear lube. Cont TIH f/ 3022m. Set down @ 3840m w/ up to 30K and unable to work through.

MU TDS. Ream & wash down f/ 3840m to 3855m and stall out TDS. Work string. Unable to rotate. Cont circ & work string. Gas increase to 40%. Flowcheck (static). Cont work pipe & circ until gas decreased. Set down 70K & cock jars. PU 70K overpull, hold, & fire jars. Pipe free. Cont PU & start rotation. Back ream to 3834m & ream down to 3863m. Backream & ream down stand. Ream & wash f/ 3863m to 3900m.

Drill 8-1/2" hole F/4137m T/4183m Today: Drilled 46m. AROP w/ connection 10.2 m/hr. 4.80 bbls/hr losses, .31 bbls/hr downhole losses. Lithology (4237.0-4183.0m) - sandstone (15-30%), claystone(Tr-10%) silt stone (60-80%). Recovered 36 grams metal filings off ditch magnet. Total recovery 516 grams.
