SECTION B (40 Marks) Answer ALL questions. Question 1 Stakeholder is important in any project development. Suggest FIVE (5) steps how to understand them better. (10 marks) Question 2 Project managers must lead their teams in performing various project activities. Discuss the tool and techniques that can be referred in managing project teams. (10 marks)

Question 3 Managing the cost in any project development becomes great challenges. Discuss the possible problems with IT cost. (10 marks)

Question 4 Delta Software Berhad has been assigned to develop new student information system for Universiti Selangor. After eight months, the system was successfully developed and delivered to the Universiti Selangor. For the pilot test, four departments have been chosen to use the system. They found that the system is very helpful and effective. After successfully testing, the management decided to make the system is available to all departments in Universiti Selangor. Unfortunately, after few months of operation, several quality problems have been identified. Most of the users complained that cannot get into the system. The system started going down a couple of times a month and the response time was reported getting slower. Users complain they could not access the information within few seconds. Several users reported that they cannot log into the system due to forgotten their password. Some of them kept forgetting hoe to log into the system. There were complaints that they cannot generate the report and sometimes the report gave inconsistent information. Besides, the system also cannot suit with certain operating system. As a project manager, create an Ishikawa/Fishbone diagram to trace the real cause of the problems. Your diagram must contain at least FOUR (4) main causes of the problems. (10 marks)
