No (Description of Information sought (upto 500 characters) * Description of Information Sought Animal transportation issue was discussed at Central Motor Vehicles Rules-Technical Standing Committee (CMVR-TSC), hence under RTI Act, 2005 following information required: 1. Supply me all copies received about introduction of guidelines, prototype of vehicle, framing rules and regulation for animal transportation along with the noting part, while dealing all these references received from NGOs, general public, Political leaders, Ministry and Departments. 2. Supply me the copy of agenda along with the minutes of Central Motor Vehicles RulesTechnical Standing Committee (CMVR-TSC), in which animal transportation matter was discussed and approved. 3. Copies of guidelines issued after the said meeting along with the copies of all communication made and received . 4. Copies of protocol, guidelines issued for animal transportation in past including camel and elephants. 5. Copies of protocol and guidelines issued for the transportation of animals in distress in animal ambulance. 6. Animal Welfare Board of India sanctioned and released grants for ambulances for animals in distress, many NGOs purchased tractor as animal ambulance, which is illegal and

misappropriation of funds, grants disbursed and utilization accepted by the AWBI, your comments on it along with communications received and made on this topic. 7. All offenses against the Motor Vehicle Act, which are non cognizable in legal terms, please supply me the copies of all relevant papers, communication made and received to make all offenses under Motor Vehicle Act as cognizable. 8.
